Fleetpal is fleet maintenance software built for heavy-duty commercial fleets: trucking, construction, utility, government, and waste operations that maintain their own vehicles, work with outside vendors, or both.

Work Order Management: open, assign, and close repairs from one dashboard. Each work order captures job status, technician assignments, parts, and labor, so you hold full visibility from open to paid.

Preventive Maintenance: build PM schedules on mileage, engine hours, or calendar intervals. Fleetpal generates the service tasks so units come in before they break down.

DVIRs and Defects: driver inspection reports feed into defect tracking, and defects convert to work orders, closing the loop between the driver and the shop.

Parts Inventory: track stocked parts, usage across work orders, and warranties. Low-stock alerts keep the shop from stalling mid-job.

Vendor Management: put outside estimates, invoices, and approvals on record. Review each line before you approve, compare costs between vendors, and spot charges that run high.

Fleet Reports: cost per unit, spend by category, and the numbers that tell you which units to keep and which to replace.

Telematics integrations: Fleetpal connects to Samsara, Motive, Geotab, EROAD, and Coretex. Odometer and engine-hour readings plus asset, trailer, and equipment records sync from all five, so PM schedules run on real meter data. Two-way DVIR sync (defects in, resolutions written back) runs with Samsara, Motive, Geotab, and Coretex. Engine fault codes flow in from Samsara and Coretex.
