The platform enables managers to streamline fleet operations through warranty updates, claims management, preventative maintenance, attendance tracking, payroll processing, inspection sheets, and supplier data. It offers inventory management, which allows transportation businesses to scan items using barcodes, set limits for restocking, return unused stocks, and receive delivery updates. The solution also lets supervisors analyze asset availability, unit costs, and accident counts on a centralized dashboard.

MIR-RT helps administrators maintain assignment lists, prioritize corrective maintenance, track vehicle locations, and monitor travel records. The platform facilitates integration with various third-party applications such as SAP, Sage 50, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor, Oracle JD Edwards, Acomba, Quickbooks, Timble TruckMate, Xero, and AccountEdge.
