GP MaTe is a scalable maintenance and material management system for power production, manufacturing, and process industries, as well as large facilities. The solution can be setup to support a single site, or a fleet of plants worldwide, and integrates with various aspects of asset and facility management including maintenance planning, engineering, inventory management, procurement, personnel and security management, and safety.

GP MaTe's workflows allow information to be routed between users and provide a real time list of tasks for maintenance staff or purchasing agents, whether for work order approvals, problem report routing, procurement actions, or alerts. The task oriented UI gathers information through multiple / simultaneous forms that display data from other areas in the system within a single screen. The equipment identifier allows for the linkage of PM tasks, work orders, inventory usage, and associated costs.

GP MaTe's work request functionality helps support problem reporting by operators or users of assets. Users are able to enter problem information and get notified via the alert system when work is approved or completed. Users can define various types of work orders and manage their work process, as well as scheduling information. Inspection and calibration processes help capture data for future reporting and trending, and can trigger follow up actions if values found were outside of tolerance.

The inventory management module integrates with all other modules in GP MaTe, providing users with access to inventory status, availability and documentation system-wide. All non-stock materials, spare parts, services and other procurement actions are made via purchase requests either automatically based on replenishment parameters, or created manually by the user.
