What is HandiFox?

HandiFox product line is a family of inventory and sales management solutions tightly integrated with a leading accounting system QuickBooks. HandiFox helps small and mid-sized business owners automate their inventory process and boost their efficiency in acquiring, managing and selling goods. Users can manage their inventory and run all operations from a mobile device.

Handifox Desktop offers the best of both worlds – the power of desktop in the office and the flexibility of using mobile devices in the field, keeping all parts of your business in sync. Handifox Online is a cloud-based app which can be accessed via any browser or iOS/Android mobile app. It can also work independently from QuickBooks.

HandiFox users can track sales and purchase orders; issue invoices; control of inventory across multiple sites; receive payments; verify shipments by picking and packing. The app allows users to generate and scan barcodes and also print barcode labels. The mobile app can read item barcodes using the mobile device's own camera, a built-in laser scanner, or a Bluetooth connected laser scanner. HandiFox lets you print receipts and take customer signature and more.

HandiFox will be a reasonable solution for industries such as office supplies; wholesale and distribution; clothing & apparel producers; consumer goods; agricultural suppliers; and automotive parts suppliers.

    Pros
    Their customer service is one of the best I have worked with. Very quick to respond and helpful in resolving issues even when it's outside of their software.
    The technical support team has been outstanding in setting up our program and very helpful along the way with a few small computer/software issues.
    It is easy to use and it is user friendly which is the most important thing for any software. Effective stock management is also it's best feature.
    Cons
    Limitation with deleting the transaction. The software is too much glitchy.
    We have customers who put in open PO and when we do not fill one item at all on that PO, it does not show on the packing slip as being part of that PO.
    Limitation with deleting transactions on the handheld device or viewing transaction history.
