ISN is a cloud-based solution that helps businesses hire clients and connect with required contractors. The platform enables supervisors to manage the entire contractor qualification process by providing clients with current information.
Hiring managers can assess contractor’s qualifications while contractors can view and evaluate the job requirements. Businesses can create reports to obtain and standardize contractor data after the contractor gets selected.
ISN includes a review and verification service, which helps manage and review self-reported data with regulatory requirements of hiring organizations. Users can track the completion of employee-level training, check competencies and verify the qualifications required to perform specified jobs.
