When a customer get's financing, the whole process from creating invoice to applying payment is handled by Jobber, which actually complicates things a bit, cause you're unable to use your regular invoicing process.

As an admin, Jobber gives me the confidence to process any client need in real time. While no system is perfect, Jobber customer service is quick, efficient and helpful to address issues and implement suggested solutions by their users.

Scheduling recurring clients, sending quotes, converting them to jobs, and invoicing is all in one place which saves a lot of time.

Its great to move a job from request to quote to job to invoice and be able to make job notes and add photos along the way.

We use the auto invoicing for some clients which makes billing a breeze, though the invoicing process for others who don’t wish to store a card on file is also super easy and allows us to create personable emails to go along with each invoice.

Adjusting weekly work schedules isn’t enough, I need to be able to enter specific unavailable times (such as appointments, time off, or partial-day blocks) for each team member and have those blackout periods automatically appear and prevent conflicts on the Jobber scheduling calendar.

There is no "change log" option to go back in time and determine which users made which changes in Jobber; the activity log is live ONLY, so we are only able to track/view the most recent 100 changes (which for our busy company is only about 2 hours worth of activity).

Our clients appreciate using their Client Hubs to see upcoming appointments, pay invoices, and communicate with us, which makes the whole process seamless.
