Jobber has helped our companies production immensely both in the field and in the office. 

I have been using Jobber for a year or so now. I do like the program and its functionality. It helps me to keep track of my jobs, invoices, estimates etc. It has really been a time saver for me. In addition, whenever I have an issue and need customer service they have been nothing but top-notch. ALWAYS helpful and knowledgeable. It is definitely a great program except for one thing....there is no integration with Quickbooks desktop version. that is my only issue with Jobber.

You're right that we don't currently connect with QuickBooks Desktop. In case you haven't already spoken with our team about this, QuickBooks has moved away from supporting integrations with their desktop solution, so to best support our customers we made the decision a while back to discontinue our sync.

We'd also like to find out a bit more about the gaps you're seeing and see if we can help out with some of our newer features, or provide some of your feedback to our product team. Please keep an eye out from a call or email from us.

I no longer have to send out reminder text messages before we go out to see a customer. Jobber makes it very easy for my technicians to communicate with my customers. I can see what jobs are currently being done and where my technicians are from my laptop. 

Software that will do the work of 2 employees

Overall I'm very happy with this app.  Starting a new job at a busy full service lawn & landscaping company with no existing job tracking was a giant headache.  We needed something to help keep track of where all the crews needed to be, outside of an excel spreadsheet on the owners computer.  We started with the free trial while I set up the new app and tried to sell the owner on why it was worth the cost.  We had our own dedicated sales rep that was easy to contact and helped through the entire set up process.  Our crew leaders now use the app every morning instead of calling in to find out where they will be that day and the office has real time access to where they have been and where they are going.

To delete a recurring job you'll just need to get into edit mode of the job (click the edit button in the top right corner) then click the delete button in the bottom left corner. We'll then give you some options on what to do with any future incomplete visits that may be on the job, if any. Excellent company and software. Very simple to use and excellent support from their team.

Previously, we were using a much simpler scheduling program that didn't let us easily keep track of job notes, chemicals used, and payment status. This has streamlined the process.

With the QuickBooks Online (QBO) sync, the paid status only syncs from Jobber to QBO, so it's important to only mark invoices as paid in Jobber and then sync that over to QBO (not vice versa) if you want both platforms to reflect the same status. Hopefully that's helpful! Thanks again for the feedback. 

NO year long contract with a high-priced monthly minimum and sneaky auto-renew tactics. You only pay for what you need and adjust at will. This software brings quality, all the field management functionality you need which makes it the better choice for small businesses.

We currently only sync with QuickBooks Online as they provide development support to ensure the infrastructure we need to make the sync happens is working properly. Unfortunately they don't have a similar support team available for QuickBooks Desktop. Thanks for being part of the Jobber community!

Easy to use and lots of features

Switched from Intuit Field Service. We are a HVAC & Plumbing contractor and have struggled with adapting the use of technology. Jobber is the first product that has enabled us to completely ditch paper service orders. All our technicians are digital and Jobber is the perfect solution. They have updates all the time with great new added features. If you have a question you can chat live with their actual team and get real answers to your questions. They really listen. One of our technicians is older and not so familiar with operating software like this... even he loves Jobber.

Excellent Choice for Small Business Field Service

Overall it is an improvement over our old scheduling software. Still has some shortcomings but hopefully overtime they can improve on those.

Good Software Overall

We are an appliance repair company and were previously using a few different methods and programs to keep track of our upcoming jobs and outstanding invoices. Using Jobber has given us a much clearer picture of our invoices, schedule, and quotes. It's freed up a lot of my time to focus on marketing and promotion strategies to grow our business. We feel more confident about growing our business in the near future, now that we know we will be able to keep track of the work flow and employees so easily. I love that Jobber helps me to properly route our jobs and it syncs everything up with Quickbooks. The only thing I that I have had any trouble with, is that Jobber will not sync invoices to Quickbooks if the customer memo is over 101 characters, which Aidan has assured me they are working on correcting (Jobber has great customer support!). Regardless, I highly recommend this program!

Jobber has helped so much

It has taken my time spent to barely operate and cut it in half and now I am highly organised. I wouldn't be without it now.

Great CRM for small but growing businesses! 

Back in the day everybody had the desktop version and I was slow to switch over. Best thing I ever did I can login on my phone my iPad in the office on my laptop everywhere I go it comes with me.

We use QBO on our backend for all our accounting needs. We use Jobber on the front end to schedule, and invoice work and sync the data with QBO. QBO has a robust set of reports that you can run. I particularly like the apps, such as Jobber, that QBO syncs with. Syncing your bank account with QBO, makes reconciling your account very easy. If you are a business owner I would recommend taking some online training on how to use QBO.

Jobber is fairly easy to use once you've had it for a while. They payment integrations are fantastic and the workflow from quote to job completion is great as well.

Very easy to use and was very simple and makes time management more effective. Was great in keeping up with clients and schedules.

They are in Canada and the delay on their phone system  is frustrating. I got dropped 2x and asked the guy to call me back from his cell phone and he said he wouldn’t.

I like how easy it is to store all my appointments and photos and everything all in one place. It is easy for all my coworkers to share also.

The customer service is excellent they got your back and always available to assist right away. Very Happy with Jobber team.

I love the features, the price breakdowns are very detailed you know exactly what you’re getting for what you pay for. I love that you get more bang for your buck.

The mapping system is TERRIBLE AND IT only allows you to reset the route two times a day.

I really enjoyed the ability to access documents digitally pertaining to the job anywhere you go. Also being able to clock in and clock out.

Is technology costly or something. It is MAPPING and we may need to do it more than twice.

Jobber solved all of those issues for me and saved my company.

All 10 clients are billed except one and they can’t figure out why. Driving me and my bookkeeper crazy.
