Pros
Jobber is fairly easy to use once you've had it for a while. They payment integrations are fantastic and the workflow from quote to job completion is great as well.
Very easy to use and was very simple and makes time management more effective. Was great in keeping up with clients and schedules.
I like how easy it is to store all my appointments and photos and everything all in one place. It is easy for all my coworkers to share also.
Pros
The best thing about this software is that it is super easy to work with, can put in notes for tech,customer,office staff, allows user to determine who they want to share the information with.
Maps are great to be able to schedule jobs in the same area if a tech is close by. Clients love being notified when the technician is on his / her way.

Cons
They are in Canada and the delay on their phone system is frustrating. I got dropped 2x and asked the guy to call me back from his cell phone and he said he wouldn’t.
The mapping system is TERRIBLE AND IT only allows you to reset the route two times a day.
Is technology costly or something. It is MAPPING and we may need to do it more than twice.
Cons
Customization n the fact that it crashes 2 times a month, field workers on mobile app constantly have problems , and customer support is only 9 to 5, emergency after hours is non existent.
Very poor customer service. The do not reply to complaints.
Its to easy to accidentally delete an invoice. Picture quality is horrible.

I like how the employees can be out in the field and we can seamlessly dispatch jobs from head office

I started using Jobber 1 year ago. I took a shot at a fledgling company with a new idea. At the time Jobber satisfied most of my needs. In the last year it has taken my Lawn Service business from a pen and paper to a digital real time scheduling and billing company. We are able to get more done in less time. I can dispatch crews, add visits, charges for jobs and send invoices on the fly. Quickbooks...
Pros
Your business will be more ORGANIZED and EFFICIENT; two thinks that make you more PROFITABLE. That means you will make more MONEY.
Cons
You will need to buy a bigger bucket to hold all the cash you are going to make.

I have my jobber "Today's Activities" page as my home page on my browser, I am up to date with my invoices due or past due and current active jobs every time I open my internet browser. I can search for a client with Jobbers powerful search function and create a new job or invoice within 30 seconds and have it emailed out a few seconds after that. I'm always on the road so I can run most of...
