Plus, information architects can create popups to display important messages in the form of push notifications.
K-Now comes with a campaign module, which enables managers to create content for one-time events, new feature launches, and user profiles, helping define publication schedules and release periods. The application manages the import and export of translations, allowing users to publish information in multiple languages, and users can collect customer feedback to measure the quality of user guides, walk throughs, and suggestions.
