The snow routing is completely unworkable at 1am when I just need the guys to have a simple list of tasks to complete and not some type of route optimization.

I was amazed that the client hub did not crash when one of the clients made a payment for a $49 Virtual Quote today.

That could have been a lot better. If you search up something you should have been able to tick witch items to add so you don't need to search up 10 times for the same thing to add 10 similar items.

The app is all server-side, so accessing any data is 100% reliant on having an internet connection.

The reporting function is not intuitive at all.

My construction company uses kickserv to input customers, send estimates, sign contracts, schedule work, invoice and run several useful reports.

Recently docusign upped their pricing and we switched to kickserv e-signatures, we expected our homeowners to question the legitimacy but no one has and we have had 0% increase in cancellations since making the switch to the kickserv electronic signatures.

Only invoicing can be synced.   If you do an invoice and sync it in kickserv, you can not make a change to the invoice on the kickserv side.  

Image upload with bad service is slow but that’s only with bad service.

The mobile and web app work together well to manage work, send invoices, and track jobs.

It's not always the easiest to decifer how I can get just a P/L number for the jobs entered.

Capturing all the jobs we have on the go, being able to catergorize them by type, and by status (unscheduled, scheduled, in progress, on hold, completed) really helps on the backend to keep invoices moving out.

Kickserv requires us to use separate browsers for each. How are we going to be able to do that with 5 or 10 locations? And we're finding that some functions (e.g. access to support!) are no longer working on Firefox, one of the best and most popular browsers available.

The only thing that was a problem was when it stopped syncing to desktop QuickBooks 2009.

The pricing was is great for a company just starting up.
