Pros

I love the ease of use and how it keeps me up to date with maintenance needs. I like the fact the the staff are able to put in request and then the request come straight to my mobile device.
Additionally the ability for it to remind us of things like annual filter changes, battery replacements is super helpful.
The software has been very easy to use and quite useful. It makes it easier for our maintenance guy to keep on top of things, resulting in more satisfaction from everyone all around.

Pros

Upkeep is great at helping us compile our facility management information in one central location that is easily accessible to different users in ways that are suitable for them.
The tracking for the work orders is super convenient and thorough and allows for reporting to be super easy and helps track problem areas or where money should be spent.
This software is a fantastic tool for monitoring assets, organizing work orders, and preparing your squad's schedule.

Cons

Work orders that were being written down were getting lost in the shuffle and problems were getting overlooked.
Parts list population via excel import (rather than 2 weeks of manual input). There is no way to track billed and non billed tasks and I can't use the invoicing feature due to lack of PST.
No way to do a search for individual units, only by building.

Cons

In some areas there are connection issues with no or limited internet/phone signals. This is an issue when uploading and even some data as been lost.
I have to admit, sometimes the error is on our end and it is going to junk mail.
It has been difficult to learn the use of upkeep. I believe that a mandatory intro training should be required when a new user is to use upkeep.

User friendly Easy to place work request with enough information (including picture upload option) for the technician/maintenance to under stand the need to fix the issue. Updates on work progress with details of the technician taking care of the issue.

Managing maintenance request/work orders input by tenants, and scheduling recurring maintenance/work orders for regular property maintenance, inspections, etc.

Pros

The interface and dashboard is extremely intuitive and easy to learn and use. That is one of the biggest challenges with any software, finding a solution that actually has a user-friendly interface that is like second nature to use. This company clearly has expertise in software and user design, because it basically looks and works the way your brain would when managing maintenance requests. They literally...

Cons

Nothing, except of course as most things - wish it was free for the pro account. But companies have to make money! So nothing to really complain about.

Upkeep has allowed us to identify missing coverage on some equipment. Upkeep affords us accountability, and communication between all departments for maintenance concerns.

Pros

UpKeep software was easy to learn and populate using our online equipment data. This is a big help considering we have over 500 assets to maintain.

Maintenance scheduling requires attention to detail to ensure maintenance actions are not scheduled during weekends and holidays

Tracking maintenance

Pros

The software is very intuitive and easy for our techs to use. They have no problem integrating it into their daily workflow. it is exceedingly helpful for management to track the productivity levels of our techs as they go about their daily activities.

Cons

Some functionality could use a little more customization but I'm sure they will get to it. It is a relatively new platform but they are growing and moving quickly.

Pros

Makes my maintenance work easy to track... hours, parts, costs, inventory... it does it all

Cons

Licenses are on the high end, there is a bit of a learning curve for some.

Maybe add a tab for reoccurring maintenance tasks

Easy to use. neat and organized. Accountability for users and assets. Customer service fast polite and friendly.

Cons

only problem i have is printing work orders from mobile app. Which is not a really big deal, just time consuming. Have to send it to yourself in email then print one by one.

Upkeep Application

This application is the easiest to use that I have seen. The customer service is beyond exceptional, and we have had only one issue since we started using Upkeep approximately 8 months ago. The issue was handled writhing an hour of reporting it.

Ease of use, and customer service

Cons

None. Best application out there for tracking maintenance and equipment.

A very useful maintenance management solution for tracking assets and managing work orders.

Overall satisfied with this maintenance management solution and it saves my time a lot by creating work order and maintenance tracking with ease

Pros

Very good customer service that provides prompt response. It's a robust solution and I did not observe any issue in navigation, loading etc.

Cons

It takes little time to understand this tool. Also, pricing is a bit high

Overall, I found the UpKeep platform to be a solid solution for computerized maintenance management. While there were some minor issues, the platform was easy to use and helped me effectively manage my preventive maintenance tasks, calendars, equipment maintenance, and inspection projects. I would definitely recommend UpKeep to other businesses looking to improve their maintenance management.

Pros

I was impressed by the ease of use and user-friendliness of the UpKeep platform. Setting up my tasks and projects was a breeze, and I appreciated how the features were organized in an intuitive way. The ability to access the platform from my mobile phone was also a significant advantage, allowing me to stay in touch with my field teams and keep track of my projects, no matter where I was.

Cons

Although the UpKeep platform was easy to use, I found that some features were a bit limited. For example, I would have liked to have the ability to customize some of the report templates more to better fit my company's specific needs. I also encountered minor issues with syncing my tasks across different devices, which could be a bit frustrating.

There is so many different options that it can be a little confusing
