What is Metquay?
Metquay is a cloud-based and on-premise calibration software designed to help commercial laboratories automate calibration and measurement capability (CMC) corrections across equipment. It offers an inbuilt ERP module, which allows administrators to share quotes and delivery reports with clients, track deliverables, and process payments using a centralized interface.
The solution enables managers to generate ISO 17025 certificates and deliver calibration labels via customer self-service portals. Businesses can assign job tasks to technicians and track work progress in real-time using the Kanban dashboard. Metquay also lets businesses visualize data on statistical process control charts, track asset’s health, record calibration history, handle return merchandise authorizations (RMA), and manage spare parts inventory.
Metquay helps teams suggest due dates and send automated reminders to customers and set up decision rules according to Z540.3 calibration standards. It also provides prebuilt competency matrices, asset traceability reports, and audit logs to facilitate auditing processes.

Integration was not difficult, I do wish there were more Youtube videos going a little more in depth but this was all solved by there team giving me very detailed walkthroughs and teaching me how to use the program the way I needed to, via video chats and screen shares!
