Business administrators can configure document approval workflows and control permissions for document access by various user bands. Businesses can use existing document templates or customize their own document formats and share these across the organization to be used as a standard document style. Paradigm 3's Improvement module helps to record customer complaints using customizable forms and initiate proper follow-up on them. Users can analyze complaints, then plan & execute steps to resolve these in a timely manner. The automated notification feature helps in notifying responsible personnel during each phase of the issue resolution via. automated emails.
