The seamless integration between the Documents and Training modules, and the willingness of MasterControl to listen to the users and continue improving the product.
Because of this struggle I have been creating reports in Power BI.
We will implement in June. Working with [sensitive content hidden] has been great, she is very helpful and provides good advice and feedback.
When the system gets upgraded, it always brings out a ton of unexpected issues. We know that we will have to dedicate a couple of days just to watching for problems.
The seamless integration between process forms and the ability to link quality events, documents etc. This provides excellent ways of managing your quality processes.
A complete training compliance report is missing. We need to look 2 - 3 canned reports to get consolidated report.
It has really helped us solve many issues with quality control and compliance. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to move to the top tier of quality for their product.

We love the document portal and it's ability to share and collaborate on documents.
After using it for a while, you learn the next steps but a new user struggles without written instructions. QT9 has recognized this weakness and is addressing it in their next version.
Training, Documentation Control, ISO Functions, Calibration and Equipment, Supplier and Customer Management, Safety, Corrective/Preventive Action Modules are all great and very useful.
The biggest disappointment - No customability of modules and forms.
This is the best QMS software for the money. It's intuitive, easy to implement and reliable.
No email notifications if an item goes past due. You can only disply the entire reports that are overdue.
Customer support is great and always available to help. Most modules have some level of customizable options to fit the needs of various companies and industries.
Can make the process of red tagging suspect material time consuming.
It is a great tool for Quality. It is organized, professional and easy to use.
This is a very easy to implement software that is inexpensive. The workflows are great out of the box.

The best feature of monday.com is its ability to help you integrate your tasks into your calendar. The easy to use tool allows you to efficiently manage projects and meet deadlines.
The software spam your inbox with many unwanted mails. Unable to track project goals easily.
Visually stunning and satisfying great tool helps in smooth management of our projects, ditching the need for any spreadsheets and manual tracking.
We eventually stopped using this software because the UI was very limited in it's features. Our team didn't really catch on, and we abandoned the software after a year.
I really love a lot about Monday. It's clean, has a beautiful design, easy to use and just overall a great product.
Terrible with the customer service. We are now actively looking for a replacement.
I really like the beautiful, intuitive and easy-to-use interface, if you used similiar tools before you will be at ease with monday.com.
Sometimes the information gets lost on each ticket, especially on larger teams.
I love its ease of use, the ability to track by project, and the ability to customize the templates to fit your needs.

The clarity of which you can identify the tasks necessary and the way the tasks roll up to completion. I like that it has clear large status bars that you can customize for ease of viewing.
I love how flexible and powerful Monday.com is. It is very easy to build out tracking sheets that interact with Aeschylus other and dynamically update.
And customer support/community around the platform is great, the folks at monday.com are quick to respond and help out with getting you up and running with specific needs and requirements.
I like that there are templates for a variety of project types available, and that there are many integration opportunities.
I am also a big fan of the customization available on the grids and with the premium subscription, you have a whole lot of integration and automation options available.

The dedication and support was excellent from the start and before we had even selected them, and remains consistent. We have few issues, and the issue we have had are resolved in little time.
Lack of impact assessment for changes being made to documents or DCR process. Limited use of 'Users' vs. 'Process Users' leading to most functions to be done by Process Users.
CQ is by far one of the best Quality Management Systems i have seen and or worked with. We liked the fact that it allowed for customization and configuration changes, but don't over think any of that.
We have used the CQ platform for more than a year for managing documents, training, nonconformance, CAPA, customer complaints and audits.
Customer support par excellence. Ease of use and simplicity with regards to implementation.
We were unsure if we wanted to go cloud since data privacy was critical. Reluctantly we looked at several cloud based QMS vendors and ComplianceQuest cloud based QMS stood out.

We are getting ready to auto-sync our Supplier Accounts and Contacts next to Salesforce. The Technical Support team is wonderful for issue that arise after implementation.
Easy document management with assigned personnel training has been great. Really like the workflow to escalate Case to Complaint and then to CAPA if needed.
I like that it is easy to use. U do not require to invest much in training since each user can easily identify how to execute the transactions.

They listened to our needs and set our configurations, including searching for solutions. When we asked for record attachments to be sent with automated Supplier email notifications, they found a way.
ComplianceQuest has a relatively small learning curve. The UI is extremely easy for users to navigate and all modules are created in a similar way.
Easy to use, Self-explanatory UI, enables QMS operations automation to high extent.

It is a wonderful product supported by an attentive, knowledgeable, and customer-satisfaction driven team.
Masterbatch records should be only available to QA but not possible. Some document s should be restricted: labels.
The product is good and easy to implement. The team is excellent, very professional.
The only downside to Dot Compliance is that the interface is a bit clunky and not very user-friendly. It took me some time to get used to the features and familiarize myself with the program.
The support from the vendor has been outstanding, right from the time we started learning the system and migrated our policies and procedures.
This is the main disadvantage of the system and user compliant.
QA documentation is made easier by having all quality records in one place and paperless. Audit module is very useful to continuous improvement.
We are working with minor bags in the system, due to configuration mistakes.
Overall, I really enjoy using the system. It gives us an excellent solution for controlling all company documents and records, reviews and signatures.
Great team, quick response times and an EQMS solution at a fraction of the cost of competing solutions.

The ability to have a central repository for all the data is very helpful and increases efficiency. Also, the software is really easy to use and provides a great deal of flexibility.
Attempts to correct this with assistance from ETQ has failed so far. Management is souring on the use of this software due to a decrease in technical support.
Marketing team is fantastic. Customer Support is generally pretty good.
It may sometimes seem intimidating for first-time users, but with proper guidance from management, the transition doesn’t have to be so difficult.
Once you get a module up and running as a pilot, rolling out to other facilities is extremely easy. Notifications and Views significantly improve ability to manage activities and required follow-up.
The biggest grip we have with this software is the lack of reporting capabilities. There are some out of the box feature, but they are dated and limited in functionality.
ETQ employees are passionate about the product and very customer centric. Built-in support for "localization" (system-level language translations) is also a great feature.
Doesn’t work very well for managing Solidworks files. It lacked linking of related documents.
Analyze the opportunity of improvement with its cost is easier with this software.
