What is SERVTRAC?

SERVTRAC is a cloud-based field service management solution designed to help small to large businesses manage their workforce with real-time access to inventory, schedules, equipment history, customer service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing. The solution is based on the Microsoft.NET platform, allowing users to automate tasks and processes.

SERVTRAC allows technicians to gain insight into inventory status, service history, warranty validation, and technical service material, helping users measure customer satisfaction, service call productivity, mobile workforce utilization, and more. The platform's key features include dispatch and scheduling, order processing, financial analysis, warranty and contract management, and invoicing. The mobile workforce management module allows businesses to monitor the location of technicians via GPS, as well as optimize routes, fix rates, communicate with team members, and create schedules using mobile devices.

SERVTRAC offers reporting and analysis functionality, which enables enterprises to analyze data, performance, availability, security, progress, and operation costs via an interactive dashboard, Power BI and KPIs. The platform integrates with various third-party services such as Microsoft Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) Web Services, and Microsoft SQL Server.
