1) 15+ ISO standards

Do you use ISO management system standards? Engage® has over 15 standards already embedded. Building your management system for energy management, health and safety, bribery and corruption, environmental and more is easy with Engage®.

2) Best practices and guidance

Building your own set of policies, rules or guidance that you need to comply with? Document these systems in Engage® by building your own standard within the platform. You decide the requirements and we audit against them directly in Engage®.

3) Industry guidelines

Do you have industry guidelines you need to comply with? Send them to us and we can build them into the Engage® platform for you and other companies. You can then use the platform to document compliance and make audits and assurance easy.

4) Document your internal audits

Use the Engage® platform to conduct your own internal audits. Grant your internal audit team access to your programmes so they can audit your system directly in the platform. They can leave notes, set improvement tasks and use the platform’s tools to conduct the audits.

5) Exchange files securely

No need to send files by email to your auditors. Your internal or external auditors can access all your files on the platform and engage with you directly in Engage®. Reduce the risk of sending confidential files across audit firms and the potential loss of data. All your data stays in Engage® and your auditors upload their files there as well.

6) No more paper or PDFs – ever

Drive sustainable practices by using the Engage® platform to track your ESG and sustainability efforts, produce reports, keep them secure and share them with users. Save on printing costs and avoid converting files to PDFs and sending them around. Access everything digitally inside the platform.

7) Track your assurance projects

Engage® is an assurance platform for ESG and sustainability. You build your programmes in each area – for example your health and safety programme, anti-corruption programme, governance system or environmental system – inside the Engage® platform. Multiple assurance firms can access your platform with segregated duties and access rights.

8) No assurance? No problem.

If you are not ready for assurance of your ESG and sustainability, that’s okay. You can still use the Engage® platform to build and manage your systems, including anti-corruption, whistleblower, environmental, health and safety, carbon management, biodiversity and more. You can use the audit and assurance functionality later if you choose to.

9) Track non-conformities and follow-up

Using Engage® gives you the ability to record tasks and track follow-up from internal or external audits. Setting tags and recording follow-ups is key to tracking changes, so you never lose sight of next steps or outstanding items.
