Everything about this software is frustrating from the kind of survey they upload and the way they disqualify users unnecessarily without even following their own rules and anything

Surveys template can be created quickly with minimal learning and training suitable for non-technical users from HR, Account or Sales.

In the end, I found Cognito Forms, and using that in combination with Microsoft Power Automate turned out to be infinitely more useful than SurveyMonkey Apply, at a small fraction of the cost. When I asked for a refund from SurveyMonkey, they refused, citing the hours that their designer had spent with us, trying to set up the programs we wanted to use.   When I tried to negotiate a fair accounting for that person's time, they cited an exorbitant hourly rate, which negated the $10,000 we had spent.   When I countered with a more reasonable rate, they never responded.
