What is Veris Welcome?

Veris is a cloud-based visitor management solution designed to help small to large businesses manage their front desk, security, check-in and access. The platform enables users to automate the visitor registration process with image capture, badge printing, notifications, and a self-service kiosk.

Veris allows businesses to manage operations, workflows, visitors, administration and premises security. It offers a host of features such as visitor pre-registration, host notification, GDPR compliance, CSV upload, bulk invites, reports and analytics, role-based access, security desk management, multiple location management and calendar invites. Veris also offers drag-and-drop functionality which enables users to create multiple check-in flows, edit category fields and capture information.

Veris provides an interactive dashboard which enables businesses to maintain records, mobile access, non-disclosure agreements (NDA), security policies, and blacklists. Plus, the meeting room display functionality syncs with the calendar and provides a real-time view of seating availability, as well as occupancy status. The platform integrates with various third-party applications such as MailChimp, email/SMS clients, Salesforce, G Suite and Eventbrite.
