What is VQ Online?

VQ Online is a web-based quality assurance platform for evaluating contact center customer interactions across voice, email, chat, and back office functions.

Multiple scorecards can be customized across programs and channels, capturing agent behavior as well as root cause data. A robust search function makes it easy to locate interactions with specific characteristics for coaching and reporting. One-click export enables you to work with data offline. Online real-time reporting (graphic or data) focuses team managers/coaches on the right behaviors and provides easy access and insight. A secondary CSAT/NPS evaluation provides a balanced view of each interaction (what we ask agents to do and how customers likely perceive them). VQ Online helps manage the assignment of evaluations and consistency across QA Analysts, making tracking/reporting of evaluations easy. A specially designed QA Management feature assigns, tracks, and reports on quality assurance activity. A great next step from spreadsheets or rudimentary survey-oriented scorecards. Hosted in a SOC Type II environment in N.A.
