Integration was easy with the platforms and is helping now. Now importing sales is helping.
A bad experience with evanik as an online seller.
It's Order Fulfillment System is great because it can process multiple order at the same time.
Service is poor and we have to call no of time to reach our manager.
Ease and good features to understand your e-commerce business.
Weekly we checked the data within 45 days everything was showing wrong such as payment reconciliation, customer returns, Courier returns.
Real time inventory, easy order management process and simple yet powerful interface is the advantage that evanik brought to us.
Because of there data my complete year Gst Return were filed wrong.
EVanik is one of the best Ecommerce Solution Provider.
They will assign the account manager, but he will never picks your phone. All in all waste of money.
Strong recommendation as it has helped us to increase our biz in all marketplaces.
No changes required in present hardware/software being used by us.

This software has a solid foundation with a lot of opportunity for a stable or mature business.
They never came and I began to wonder if the company had been lied to just as all the Orderbot customers had been told stories of all the wonders that this product could do.
We can't wait to see what we can integrate next. Top shelf software and an awesome team over at orderbot.
That's when they start working on the problems. Eventually, the company was sold to another company, but as of the moment, it's the same, "That'll take more time (see: money) to implement.
The software has been great and I've really enjoyed working with their support team.
We had to spend countless hours and thousands of dollars for our real accountant to fix the MESS that Orderbot made of our books.
This product Simplifies our order process flow , Such a great product. And it's price worth its purpose.
Customer service was awful. We never received the operational product that they promised, even after months of trying and thousands of dollars.
Overall easy to use and user friendly, help us track all orders in process and control the inventory of finished goods.
It is an entirely separate system to manage that is quite difficult to manage.
Solid Software, Great Support, Awesome Offering.
I started looking at my options because inventory was a huge problem for us.
I love the way products are set up in categories, and groups, it makes it easy to find the products clients are requesting.
They often use the excuse of "growing pains" -- that they have had so many companies newly onboarding that they just couldn't keep up with the demand.
I love that it's a window based program. I can access it from anywhere in the world.
The system keeps card info so sales are easy for accounts and it integrates with UPS so it's easy to ship through.
It was a very good experience and whenever we had a problem, it quickly got back to us and helped us solve the issue.

We are very happy that we found this solution and highly recommend this system for mid-size+ companies.
They refuse to refund you wasted money. Ive been with them for 7 months and i have still not received my full setup.
This level of integration allowed us to save tremendous amount of time on fulfilling orders and getting them out on time. One thing I would like to note is the amazing support staff.
The features you're sold on don't exist and worse yet much of the software becomes broken as you use it.
They really go out of their way to Support us and wonderful to have everything in one place when listing on Various channels including our own website. CSR is especially helpful.
Shipping automations are nonexistant. I could go on for days with bad things.
Using Jazva saved our company huge amount of time and money on inventory maintenance and order fulfillment.
Shipping module is the worst!!! you can't even edit your shipping in bulk, can't remove orders from bulk list. Literally have to go into each order to update shipping or boxes or anything.
A recommended software for a logistics company that really needing inventory management. It is very easy to use and convenient.
Many times your issues were blamed on the sales channels when it was in fact a Jazva issue. Took support long times to assist.
The support staff was there every step of the way to assist us in the integration process and help us every way they could.
After many failed attempts the vendor admitted that there was no Woo Commerce integration.
While the migration was on-going Jazva completed their build out of the Woo Commerce integration and Shoreline does in fact have integration across all its sales channels.
WORST COMPANY IVE DEALT WITH. Customer support, not user friendly, not automatic anything, repricing doesn't work, can't update price unless you take 5 extra steps.
Could customize reports which was a plus. Inventory/warehouse management was good.
Report writer not intuitive. Support is on west coast time.
Easy look up on orders and existing customers.
