MFR is a great tool to have when delivering all kinds of services to your client base. The tool includes all required options you need and the pricing is one of the best I have seen in the market.
Poor invoicing functionality. The scheduler could filter the technicians by the location.
The support by the MFR team is excellent and they were uncomplicated by adapting the system according to our internal processes.
Minor translation errors, but these are updated continiously.
It is fast, flexible, simple and the support is great.
Excellent usability, can be used on any devices, you can upload documents, print them, sign directly (tablet used).

It is very helpful to be able to access all Latham orders when I need to see the details on when they will be done for customers. It is just a very clean and easy to use software, I love it.
I have not yet found something I really dislike.

The best thing about Skedit is the ability to place and see your Pool cover orders all in one place. You can also see your tracking information and production information on those orders.

There are a great deal of reports and functions in this database that help your teams from restaurant level to C-level make better business decisions.
The inability to edit commissary orders after they have been reconciled, even though you can do that with vendor orders can be difficult if your business uses commissaries to supply their locations.
We love using this product to do our truck orders and input inventory great layout and easy to use.
Unfortunately, there is no wiggle room or grey area to account for things like spills, or, for example, extra inventory that may be used that wasn't rung in or charged for an upcharge.
What I like about crunch-time back office it is an easy and great way to keep track of your inventory and sales.
Willing to adapt to business needs. Will take good ideas or suggestions from clients and upgrade system adding benefit to all customers.
Their support is the best I have dealt with compared to any other software I have used (especially than any of the multitude of POS support teams I have dealt with).
The customer service team is quick and helpful which makes resolving any issues that may arise less stressful.
Overall the crunch-time back-office I believe is really a great inventory app option to use and keeping track of all store and business inventory.
Would recommend Crunchtime to anyone looking to solve for cost of goods and labor.

Alloc8 is a good fit for our company's needs. We look forward to the the alloc8 team tightening up some of the little details that will increase overall efficiency and ease of use.
For example, New Contact entries give the option to add a preferred name, however there is no function to set the contact's preferred name as their default screen name.
Great experience using the system, massive improvement to works scheduling and invoicing jobs can be completed as soon as the shift has completed, has saved us a massive amount of admin time.
Its was painful at the start two years ago with the implementation as the features were still being built to meet our requirements and required significant testing and correction of bugs.
Very happy, they listen to feedback and having our own account manager makes life easy if i need any help or guidance.
No more miscommunications, everything is consolidated, i.e. I can send one job allocation which includes: our SWMS, the client SMWS, a TGS/plan & permit.
The report function is my favourite part. Once you work out which report best suits your needs, you never have to fill out another spreadsheet again.
It feels redundant to have such an option without any functionality. There are similar irritations scattered throughout the platform.
I love the flexibility and report features of the product. Also, the Timecard feature works great and make lots less paperwork.
The information is easily accessible for mobile users and an effective communication method between management and field workers.
Alloc8's Resource White Board is easy to use and provides a clear visual representation of upcoming jobs, their required resources, and the status of job acceptance.
Best Decision i ever made, makes running the business easier.

The initial set up and follow up was very good and I can not give the staff concerned enough praise. I like the ease of reporting wage information to the Government.
There nothing that I can say that is negative about this package.
It was extremely easy to understand the product. I have used it for two years now & I am very happy with the customer support extended to me. I will definitely recommend the product to anyone.
We have had a lot of issues with the ClockOn Go app. Our employees are constantly complaining about the app not registering breaks and freezing.
I have found it very easy to operate & compatible with the ATO. So I am very happy that I got into their network & started with this company.
I requested cancellation over a week ago and I still don't have a confirmation from them that my subscription has been cancelled.
If i have an issue it is a small enough company where I get to talk to a real person who actually cares and is really helpful. Its an easy package to use.
There is also no report to check what data is being transmitted.
The costing of rosters prior to them being worked provides us with great visibility and allows planning around this to ensure wages stay within acceptable levels of ratio to sales.
The latest updates for STP reporting, do not provide any reports to verify what has been reported and received by the ATO and there is no visibility on the ATO end either.

This is our first computer scheduling software, we went from paper to this software. The transition was super easy and our staff love how easy it is to use.
It was a bit complicated to figure out from the administrator side. I was having trouble with it and I don't normally have trouble with setting up software.
It makes it easy for staff to sign up and giveaway shifts. Its nice that is sends out notifications when coverage is needed.
It is hard to read graphically. It can be hard to understand.
Nursing admin and charge nurses are able to edit schedule in real time. This software is super user friendly.
It's pretty difficult to make your schedule. Once you pick a day, you're stuck with it even if the schedule isn't finalized.
It is easy to use and navigate. The employees love being able to self schedule.
Many systems are easy for the admin staff to run, because that’s who the provider is selling the software to, but the member users hate it because it is hard to use or not intuitive.
This scheduling program is easy to use and can also help to keep staff certifications organized if you utilize that piece of the program.
I love the daily summary. It's a quick look at who's working and in what departments.
The staff can find thier own coverage and trade or give shifts away. I like that you can customize so much in this system.
The only thing better than the user-friendly interface is the customer service.
Aladtec has taken a significant amount of that off the supervisors plates and given the staff more of a say in their work lives.

Outstanding- will help create the system specific to our business. Continuous Upgrading the system.
Make a mistake a "delete" a a job, it is forever lost in the clouds. Business Works compatible.
However, we only used it to dispatch work to our mobile techs and that part worked seamless. The techs loved the simplicity of the software.
I am really pissed that the last 3 years of my documents are tied up on their server ... if it weren't for the PIA of migrating past invoices, photos, paperwork, and EVERYTHING else.
The software WHEN it works is good, adding photos into job sheets is easy and creating job sheets on the fly is good.
Then the company was bought by FieldAware and, I believe, FieldLocate lost most or all of the developers / software engineers that had built and understood the product.
It's easy to sort through the customers with the search feature, and the itemizer allows our techs to better organize our parts cost.
You have to delete and reinstall the app on tablet or phone all the time. There is no way to inactive or delete items...forever stuck in the item master.
Fieldaware as a company has some of the best tech support and documentation I've ever experienced.
Reporting is very limited, Customer service is quite bad.
It is goos and easy to use software. It help to organise operation.

Make a mistake a "delete" a a job, it is forever lost in the clouds. Business Works compatible.
However, we only used it to dispatch work to our mobile techs and that part worked seamless. The techs loved the simplicity of the software.
I am really pissed that the last 3 years of my documents are tied up on their server ... if it weren't for the PIA of migrating past invoices, photos, paperwork, and EVERYTHING else.
The software WHEN it works is good, adding photos into job sheets is easy and creating job sheets on the fly is good.
Then the company was bought by FieldAware and, I believe, FieldLocate lost most or all of the developers / software engineers that had built and understood the product.
It's easy to sort through the customers with the search feature, and the itemizer allows our techs to better organize our parts cost.
You have to delete and reinstall the app on tablet or phone all the time. There is no way to inactive or delete items...forever stuck in the item master.
Fieldaware as a company has some of the best tech support and documentation I've ever experienced.

I really like the ability to schedule help sessions on anything and get to work one on one with someone to fix issues. This makes for an overall good experience.
Poorly written software, terrible tech support.
POSS gives us an overview of the schedule, who requested off, who is out sick, and what assignments they are on. Very easy to use and deploy thanks to a great support team.
There is no way to change this. Typically after enough agencies complain, they will incorporate the change, however an option like this should be included from the start.
The amount of time it saves managing schedules, running reports and ability to make changes with ease.
During the introduction phase, it was hard to get used to. Especially, since we had moved from a more archaic way of doing things for years.
Additionally, being able to capture detail categories that increase cost by pay period, quarter or annually has been the greatest bonus.
If they don't select a shift within the time frame, they are skipped. There is no way to turn this off.
VCS POSS (Police Officer Scheduling System) has been great for RPD. Overtime reporting for budget projections and expenses is a primary use.

At times (especially when writing the schedule), the site auto logs out with an error.
It's made scheduling a lot easier on me and my team. I love that my team is responsible for keeping their availability updated, inputting requests for days off and trading shifts.
The biggest gripe we have with ShiftAgent is that there is no app for us to use on our phones. Unfortunately, the software is set up for a browser mode and that is highly limiting at times.
For training purposes, this feature really helps when we train new people on how to create a schedule. One of the best features that ShiftAgent offers is one we use literally all throughout the day.
