Clickup gives a lot of options for free to help manage projects - i would say its basically as good as nifty
Trello is the best and simpilest tool so i would go with that over click up
Hey, there! Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts! Trello is great for basic task management, but it's lacking in features necessary for advanced workflows and excellent team coordination and oversight. Check out this article (https://clickup.com/compare/trello-alternative) that highlights some of the advantages ClickUp has over Trello! Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything at all, and have a great, productive day!

Being able to see all my tasks in one place and organising them so I can meet my deadlines is great!
I like the idea of spaces and I use the TIME view to schedule and plan my working week. The nifty note taking feature is useful. I'm a newbie so there are still many functions to explore and learn. I like the nice clean interface.
It's a tad overwhelming to begin with. Takes some time for onboarding and understand how it works.

ClickUp has everything I look for in a productivity suite. It's full-featured, well-designed, and combines tasks, notes, and files in effortless ways. It helps me quickly understand the status of all of my projects, sort tasks however I see fit, and get things done.
It takes some time to find your way around the user interface and learn about all the keyboard shortcuts and other nifty features that aren't always apparent at first glance. Because of this, any team using this software for the first time will probably need a few sessions to get the hang of it.

Clickup offers a great variety of tools, is very intuitive and can get your projects and teams organizaed fairly quickly. THey offer integration with google drive, calendar and other very nifty tools. Our video development team began using it and we were so please we have now moved most of our departments to implement clickup in their daily routines.
The interface on the phone could be a little bit simpler and I wish they had a better graphic approach. But We really love this application

I really like NIFTY Because it’s affordable and rival of ClickUp, I got many features in affordable price. Where only ClickUp is giving that features in the market but at higher price.
There are bugs which needs to be fixed. Also there are some features which are useless to us because it works only on one portfolio and if I shift a task to another portfolio that will be vanished. Some features do not works properly which I have told to the support but not sure whether it’s working fine or not.

I have used tools like trello and clickup! But Nifty is like an all-rounder. It's very simplified for all type of users and is very very helpful.
1. Blazing fast2. Desktop and mobile app3. Usability4. UI5. Great features6. Simplicity7. Real-time notifiation
No default task reminders. Other than that, I thinks it's very useful and compact.

I like the tool a lot, and I cant wait to see them grow.
Nifty is the perfect project management tool to manage any project daily. I can't function without Nifty.
Nifty doesn't have as many features as ClickUp or Asana, but I'm optimistic about how their development. Their customer service could use some work too. They are super nice, but it takes weeks to get a response from them.

Nifty is a great tool, I definitely recommend to test it if you are looking for a solid PM software
Nifty is an excellent PM tool. We tried many other mainstream ones from Asana to ClickUp and Nifty is definitely on pair and even superior in some aspects. It makes very easy to allocate tasks and be aligned with your team
I would love to have the flexibility to add custom fields in subtasks and in the the "All task" menu

My experience with Nifty has been beyond positive
This is the most affordable option, and most of the time, saying that reduces one's perception of quality. However, I've used Asana, Monday, and ClickUp. These are expensive industry-leading software, and I don't miss them in the slightest. Nifty has been a great addition to my team.
I wish there was a way to build more robust automation and integrate with a few more software but that is about it.

Nifty proves itself as an effective project management tool with continuous enhancements over time. Previously, I thought it was very limiting due to the lack of API, which prevented me from being able to integrate it into my workflow with other tools that they don't integrate with. Although its interface could use simplification for better user experience (because it can look quite cluttered and overwhelming), its competitive pricing and generous feature availability even on the free plan makes it a worthy consideration!
- Continuous improvements and updates over the years, with several integrations and API added- More features available on the free plan compared to competitors like Asana- More simple and straightforward compared to apps like ClickUp, which is quite bloated- Better value for the price compared to the alternatives
- UI/UX might be a bit complicated for users accustomed to Asana- not the best for scrum methodology- the interface can feel cluttered, potentially disrupting workflow until you get used to it

I believe our business is going to benefit greatly from switching to Nifty
The overall ease of use is why I am even leaving a review. We were using ClickUp for our transaction management, however I found that platform to have a much higher learning curve and when I discovered Nifty I knew this was the platform to manage a transaction on.
The only con I can think of is that it is fairly new and has some bugs. HOWEVER, the Nifty team is very responsive and organized. They crush those bugs fairly quickly.

I use Nifty to run a fairly large team of volunteers and interns, who are essential to helping us get our work done. There is no way we could afford licenses for all these occasional users, so the guest allowance really helps. And besides that, the usability of the tool is excellent.
Nifty is a great tool. Its feature set is comprehensive and intuitive to use. We've tried Clickup, Asana and Monday and for whatever reason, those other tools just never took with our team. I love the collaborative "nifty documents". And the mobile app works great - duplicates the website experience very well.
Guests cannot chat with each other - only the account admin. So it's not quite a Slack replacer, which we really wanted to get away from. They can talk in the Discussions area of a project, however. Also, you have to attach a google document by creating it FIRST inside Nifty. It doesn't work well to try and attached a pre-existing google document when you are in Nifty. Also, I'd like more markup features on the Nifty docs pages - like highlighting, and a better commenting experience.
