Wrike was a pleasure to move from Jira for our marketing team.  While it is a great tool for project management, there are plenty of SaaS platforms that have popped up in the past few years and each have a value.

Wrike is all i need for our project, task and product launching. Every stages of the progress is very detailed so that we will not miss any important steps in between. Talking about notification, i can tags every team members in each steps of the progress to take more attention on the progress and vice versa. I really helping to making our project progress as smooth and as effective as possible.

Wrike project management tools is incredible

My team mainly used Wrike as a synced integration with JIRA, the sync was not always a smooth experience, however I don't know if that falls on JIRA, Wrike, or both.

My evaluation was based on Wrike alone, noninclusive of the integration.

Wrike Use in a Hospital Research Organization

A project management system that enables easy micromanagement and collaboration.

Like I mentioned the tool is great but the support is so weak that we are currently considering switching to either ZOHO projects (we already use other services from the family) or ClickUp (recently used for a bigger project/client as it was wished for from client side). It is really a shame since we got used to it already.

First time user

I have used Wrike while consulting for a customer and the team used it to track project activities. I liked it partially, the app is easy to use but managing complex projects with multiple iterations is tough. There is no clear concept of sprint or milestone and the folder structure leads to duplication.

overall a good web based board and roadmap/gantt product that is somewhere between the very light options (trello) and the very arcane SDLC options (Jira).

Company after company has tried to "re-invent" task management and collaboration tools.  In the process of re-imagining collaboration tools, many systems forget that some of the tried and true core task management methodologies like waterfall or Gantt charts are actually based on tried and true functionality and merely need to be enhanced, not replaced.  That's where Wrike comes in with a fresh team collaboration and communication interface to "augment" the old school task management processes, not scrap them.  With rich reporting, real-time visibility into activity and most of the critical integrations (gmail, outlook, jira, etc), Wrike is an excellent refresh on old school task management.  And it is CONSTANTLY improving with web and mobile app enhancements.  They are quick to push incremental updates as opposed to sweeping overhauls.
