I am hoping to expand our business to be more web based and this has been a great tool to help jump start that idea.
The only thing I didn't like is that it was a little bit hard to learn at first and since I struggled a bit, my team members also had a hard time.
This project management software is super easy to use and has so much capability. I like the features and the ease of use.
The main feature I use is the task tracking, which was the most difficult part of my work I had to manage.
This software is very easy to use and has a complete set of tools. This is a great product and it has a free account to get started with.
I don’t like the load time it takes, The intervals between using new features a little slow.
A great project management tool that I recommend for any software development effort.
I love how this software makes it so easy to keep up with my tasks and projects and all of my finances.

It has been a good experience using the app. It is easy to use and I really feel like it helps me stay organized.
You have to pay for the android app separately AND you have to pay for the service to sync them separately.
Now I'm for 5 years with Windows version and 2 years with iPhone. It's a great thing for GTD, I think it suits great for this methodology.
There are basic features missing, like a calendar (which I'm really missing in this software!!!).
This is a very good tool for keeping track of tasks and breaking them down into manageable chunks.
I hate having to purchase monthly, just for syncing after paying soooo much for the pro versions of the desktop and iOS apps. It is something I am just not comfortable with.
I love how I am able to break down a project into smaller tasks.
So it was a little bit hard to understand everithing about MLo, and I was frustrated because couldn't find much information about how to use it. But i figured it out in some time.

I consider MLO the key reason I've been successful in my company, delivering multiple HW platforms over a decade.
This is a program (MLO) that rewards the investment of time and focus required to learn all features, and then become familiar with time-saving shortcuts, as well as options for customization.
The price is higher than Omnifocus, which has more features, but would be happy to pay for it anyway if a calendar and a nice way to visualise sorted tasks is implemented.
I manage large complex programs that develop hardware, software, supply chain, support to deliver custom value.
Filter - so that you can only see what you can realistically achieve in a day. Index - so that you can find tasks quickly and easily without spending too much time searching.
It has been a good experience using the app. It is easy to use and I really feel like it helps me stay organized.

Having a reliable package and knowing if you have a problem the help desk is always there and only too happy to help out with anything or find a solution.
The speed can be slow, this is also what i hear other staff complain about also.
Wonderful Abtrac staff to work with. The technical staff are excellent - professional, knowledgeable, patient, efficient and extremely helpful.
Sometimes a bit of a pause when the internet isn't going well. Having to log in when you've been doing something else is a bit of a pain at times.
Getting to everything, enjoying the Cloud version now I'm used to it. It all flows really well and enjoying not having to jump in and out of functions, opening a new browser is really good.
Adding addresses is confusing - e.g. if you use the post code line, it does not come up in the address.
Real time cost of projects, collection of WIP, ability to write on and off against projects, invoicing and reporting functions are fantastic.
It stopped me double entering invoices, and manually typing them out from MYOB.
Vision Surveys is extremely happy with the program and it's implementation.
The cost of implemantation, training and monthly user subscriptions is very reasonable and software support are fantastic.
Easy to use, friendly helpful support staff, delivers exactly what we needed.
The software support is great, to have the answer on a quick phone call or team viewer is so handy. Recently we've upgraded to the cloud version, many more areas we can customise to suit our needs.
Saves time when preparing invoices, and includes disbursements automatically. Ultra user friendly - very quick to set up new solutions and on-board new users - any one can use it.
It has many features, some Im still discovering, accommodates all aspects of our business requirements, and is fully supported by the Abtrac team.
