BrokerSumo is a cloud-based commission and accounting management solution, which helps real estate agents, property owners and brokers manage deals and transactions. Key features include agent management, lead conversion tracking, billing, and custom reporting.
The cloud-based application helps businesses register and onboard new agents, process monthly billings and customize commission plans based on sliding scales, cap plans, flat fees, and more. Account managers can use the solution to add transactions to the system, calculate commission splits among agents, track credits/debits, and make payments via ACH transfers. Its dashboard allows team members to monitor the number of pending and closed transactions, track deal statuses, and calculate acquisition costs via graphical representations.
BrokerSumo includes an accounting module, which enables supervisors to synchronize commission data with sales invoices or receipts, as well as generate reports on agent expenses. Plus, the solution integrates with multiple third-party platforms such as QuickBooks, Dropbox, DotLoop, SkySlope, EZ Coordinator, Zoho Reports, DocuSign, and Google Drive, streamlining the processes of data storage and transaction reporting within a centralized system for users.
