What is In4Suite?

In4Suite is an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system that offers connected, core real estate modules so that users can get a 360 degree view of their business within one platform. The cloud-based solution comes with a group of integrated modules in order to deliver a complete solution for construction-specific users. It includes modules for land banking, legal, projects, sales, HR, expenses, file management, and much more.

Real estate and construction businesses can leverage In4Suite’s legal module to enhance the capabilities of their legal teams for managing and maintaining legal documents including contracts and sale deeds. The engineering module allows users to create estimates of their projects and manage buildings that are in the construction phase. The liaison module assists liaison teams and helps them properly manage approvals and sanction processes.

In4Suite can also be utilized for procurement-related processes including the creation of purchase orders and the monitoring of items that are procured from suppliers. The document management system uses Microsoft’s Index Server Technology to index keywords that are tagged within documents and manage the relevant data inside it.

In4Suite comes with a number of third-party integrations including QuickBooks, Tally, SAP FICO, Oracle Financials, Qlik, and CTIs. In4Suite is integrated with Qlik’s real-time business intelligence (BI) to provide actionable insights and identify areas of improvement.
