LandlordTracks gives tenants the ability to pay their rent online through the secure payment gateway in the tenant portal. Payments by credit card or bank transfer can be accepted online, and rent payments can be directed into different owners’ bank accounts. Users are automatically notified by email when payments are made, and integration with the in-built accounting suite generates real-time updates .The accounting suite automates various operations such as tenant invoicing, rent payments, late fee invoicing, and rent increases, as well as tools for double entry accounting, direct deposits, partial payment tracking, bank reconciliation, recurring transactions, and more.

LandlordTracks allows prospective tenants to submit rental applications online, and offers users real-time applicant screening, with three report types including background and credit checks. Users can also set and collect application fees from tenants, or allow applications to be submitted free of charge. Current tenants can also submit maintenance requests, and vendors, owners, and tenants can all submit work orders with attached documents and photos.
