Real-time quorum tracking is calculated based on ownership shares to verify meeting validity instantly. The voting system is designed to be tamper-proof with automatic result calculation and live result display. Survey tools collect feedback from residents and board members through customizable questionnaires to inform decision making.
The platform supports team collaboration by allowing multiple staff members and property managers to access the system concurrently with differentiated permission levels. Data migration services are provided by an in-house team to facilitate transition from existing systems.
