Features of zInspector include customizable templates, task management, 360-degree virtual tours, permission controls, digital signature, contact management, and more. Agents can invite tenants to conduct move-in, periodic, and renewal inspections, track portfolio progress, and receive signatures on forms. Property managers can also embed links of virtual tours on websites and improve traffic and visibility among customers.
