What is ClassJuggler?
ClassJuggler is a customer and class management tool for class-based and schedule-based businesses such as dance schools, gymnastics studios, swim schools, tennis camps, cheer camps, and dojos. ClassJuggler offers modules for class scheduling, student registration, billing and invoicing, and online payments.
Users can choose which features and tools they wish to use as well as customize each one. Directors and managers can set up custom student groupings, skill levels, and customer categories when organizing important records. Users can also define default data-entry values to accelerate the new student registration process.
Additional to class scheduling tools and student records management, ClassJuggler offers ‘power tools’ for tasks such as reporting, billing, and security features. Optional add-ons and partner integrations include credit card processing, website design, accounting, and tax preparation.
The ClassJuggler solution works with any web browser with internet access, and all data is kept "in the cloud," with secure state-of-the-art servers that are backed up nightly. ClassJuggler's automatic updates bring in new features and functionality, and are always included in the monthly subscription. The software is compatible with any computer, as well as iPads, iPhones, and Android devices.
