What I liked most about Daxko Operations is how simple and intuitive it is to navigate, making it easy to find features quickly, complete tasks efficiently, and reduce the time needed for training or troubleshooting.

I like that I have the option now to renew a membership from the check in screen and I like that I am able to check in multiple family members at once.  

I feel that the rapid check in screen has improved significantly in its function in the ability to have carry over from one user to the next and from one window to the next.

Daxko has not updated the "Need to sign agreement" alert.   Since the site was launched this message appears on every profile ever time someone logs in: therefore, we don't know who to update and who to not update.

I do have a great experience with Daxko Operations, been using it for a while now, 4 years and love to navigate it, perform a variety of functions as I work and can help another learn to use it as well.

I do not like that I don't have an easy way to see the number of people who have checked in during the last 60-90 minutes.   And this is only con that I am have seen in the first two shifts at the front desk with the new system.

The program setup and registration could be improved - most troubleshooting calls I get from our members is help getting into their online accounts and getting registered. While I understand it well, I frequently find myself explaining the process, which can be lengthy, to new members or community.

We would get what I like to call surface functionality which looks to be better but then when you get into the functionality of where the software should be, it's something that needs to be done on the back end by a Daxko Operations "admin" person who most of the time has less experience than those of us who have been using Daxko for years or not on the roadmap.

That it tracks members, pictures are clear, Info is easy to change, categories are clear, click on profile brings up more info than log in.

I wish that the phone feature of operations wasn't an additional add-on feature, I feel like it should be included in the original package.
