My PT Hub is the NO.1 online personal training platform, where fitness professionals can create & track custom training & nutrition programs for their clients.

They indicate that tracking macros and calories can be cumbersome, with missing or incorrect data affecting client results. Reviewers find the nutrition section less functional compared to competitors.

Complicated payment handling

Online Nutrition & Fitness Coach

It is a good platform for online coaching , yet the cons were very unappealing to me , also the fact that my subscription got automatically renewed without any prior notice , so I paid for an extra month that I didn't need and they refused to give me a refund due to their policy , there isn't a cancel subscription option on the platform

45% of reviewers feel negative about Payment Processing. Users report difficulties with storing payment information, delayed fund transfers, and high transaction fees. Some reviewers say subscription auto-renewals and refund policies are unclear or unfavorable, leading to unexpected charges. They indicate that limited payment options and lack of country support hinder international use. Reviewers find the process for managing payments, invoicing, and cancellations to be cumbersome and time-consuming.

Online Fitness Coach

I like that the app covers everything when you have online clients, you can provide them with workouts , nutrition, habit tracking , check in forms.

Director

It completely automates the administrative side of the business, leaving coaches free to focus 100% on what matters: delivering an exceptional client experience and driving elite physical transformations on the gym floor.

Flawless All-in-One Ecosystem: Natively combining elite workout logging, custom nutrition targets, client messaging, and automated billing inside one app eliminates the need for multiple expensive subscriptions.

Personal Trainer

Managing international clients, delivering customized training and nutrition plans, and tracking their daily metrics in one central place works seamlessly.

Owner

No macro calculator or the ability to adjust a nutrition plan that can automatically change a meal plan to fit the clients macro split.

What should ideally happen is you assign a workout (Push Wk1), make changes if needed when you do it, save that workout, then it automatically carries that changed session onto the next time you do that session (Push Wk2), with all the changes you made during Push Wk1 already there.

The user interface on the mobile app can sometimes feel slightly cluttered, which occasionally leads to small navigational bugs or lag when loading heavy workout history databases.

The nutrition side I think could do with a little work as lots of foods aren’t recognised when scanning and also the fact that nutrition logged by clients in MyFitnessPal does then not report back to me, so I can’t see their day to day nutrition.

Founder, Coach and Personal Trainer

Great, my clients have been enjoying it too and it's come in super handy for adding value to my in person 1:1 sessions too - for example when clients have been going on holiday or have received additional physio workouts we've been able to plug that into the app and assign it to them so it's all in one place and helping them stay on top of it.

For example, if I make changes to Push Week 1, when I come to doing Push on Week 2, it gives me the old pre changes version of Push Week 1, so there's no genuine way of tracking each workout onto the next.

Founder and Coach

I also like that I don't have to pay the full amount for my yearly subscription in one go and can be billed on a monthly basis for it.

Personal trainer

The adding a complete new workout template just to add some sets onto a clients workout is the most annouing thing

Personal Trainer and Footballer

My clients cannot seem to figure ut how to save a session mid workout and continue at another time, and they have wish the progress/tracking for exercises came with more detail, for example "you increased your lat pulldown by 27%!"

Health and fitness Coach

The law of ability to mass transfer all data between two accounts owned by the coach.

Founder, owner

It had all the features for a premium service coaching but without the add on cost which makes it more cost effective long term.

The ability to easily share workouts and receive client feedback made managing sessions much smoother and more efficient.

The platform walkthrough videos, the stock exercise videos and the ability to manage everything in one platform.

Snc Coach

exercise library needs to be updated with more sports specific exercises and the glitches during login to be rectified

The white label app option has also been a huge benefit for creating a more professional and personalized experience for my community.

Independent trainer

The features and bar tab is full of useful features that actually help client in being accountable and set up for success.

Personal Trainer and Online Coach

I would also like to be able to lock workouts so that you can just review them instead of opening them and potentially editing them by mistake

There is nothing I can think of that I don’t like about using my Pt Hub , possibly the cost of only having 3 clients for a certain amount or needing to get premium. And not having the option to do a month to month membership only 12 month.

dsfa

The app allows me to efficiently organize my clients' workouts, track their progress, and manage scheduling seamlessly.

Nutritionist

There are lots of great features to keep clients accountable such as habit tracking, progress pictures, forms to create check-ins, group chat etc.

Managing Director

One thing I realized is that when I tried to create a profile for my clients, if I click somewhere outside the profile generation box, the whole thing will disappear.

only allowed clients to view packages once we upgraded, not included in trial to see how smooth it would work.

It gives me everything I need to coach my clients and also create a strong community within the app itself.

Coach

The only issue I have experienced is occasionally struggling to add timers for time-based exercises such as planks.
