apologies for being critical but i think these features (especially enabling marketing capabilities) would take this program from average to incredible. i will be constantly on the the look out for a software that provides the ability to build custom programs with video demonstrations that has marketing capabilities.

***another great (but not necessary feature) would be for clients to be able to download videos to view offline. could even charge extra for this and would happily pay. 

It might be the best out there, but still requires a lot of work

Absolutely amazing. Gorgeous by all means. I’m in love with this service. Whoever is behind the concept is a great human being. He did it for free. Who does that? For free? Made our lives easier. Our business easier. Wow. 

The best of the best service I used I’m shocked it’s that great 

Frustrating. And I suspect my PT feels the same as the experience he provides is dependent on the experience you provide. Nothing against taking a little longer to ship something, but judging from you replies on Google Play (or lack thereof) TC doesn't care.

I like the layout, ease of selecting programs and range of programs available. It has a nice aesthetic layout, and I like the customizability of it.

So far I have only used the free trial but the customer support I have received has been amazing - quick, friendly responses. Clear videos explaining how to use the tool.

The only problem is that the software is flawed & won't populate programs into existing groups. After discovering this  problem, I asked the company to refund my money & they refused.

I love how easy it is to use the mobile app interface. Clients love it and has also been very useful in managing the progress and accountability.

The customisability to branding is fantastic and the way you can edit and add your own instructional videos works great.

Online coach

I like this software because its easy to use, feels good, looks good and my clients love it.

I love how easy it was to enter clients, how easy it was to keep track of them and how easy it was to enter their programs and even making a program that more then one person can join.

I love the ability to have a database of clients with customer notes. I love the ability to set macro targets for customers either by the gram or the percentage.

The product is quite easy to use, and I love how there are workout plans/meal plan ideas that you can refer to, just to make sure you're at the right track when trying to do the best for your clients.

I like that the My PT Hub software is easy to use and serves an amazing purpose for trainers. It is an easy way to train and charge my online clients.

But so far I like how user friendly it is. Customized branding, I think i am going to enjoy this investment.

Some features are a little confusing for clients. Inputting nutrition seems to confuse many as they don’t end up saving their inputs.

It has been very easy to use and the customer service is amazing.

I wrote customer service two times to cancel in two months. Ultimately they refused to refund, saying I couldn't cancel in writing, but somehow canceled my membership when I escalated my emails.
