Pros

This is a beautifully made system, the apps definitely need work and more ease of use, functionality, but the desktop version is beautiful.
I love the easy to use back end and the app is something that my students absolutely love - it is so easy for them to book into classes.
It is not only about issues but also about functionality questions. They are super friendly and useful.

Pros

I have recommended them countless times and will continue to support them. They’ve built an amazing platform for ease of use and the features keep coming all while they grow and add clients.
I love how user-friendly the software is, the customer service is, how clear the team was during our trial and how helpful they've been on issues big and small.
This programmed has allowed me to integrate purchased programming and save so many hours. Love the app for clients, super easy to navigate.

Cons

The Dashboard processes the sale, then you have to process the payment separately in a different step. In the beginning we lost sales because our staff was confused.
Their front house version of their software is crap. Their customer service is terrible, they basically tell you that there isn't a way to do what you are asking.
Email function does not work. After sending several email out to my clientele, I discovered today that all they were getting was the title and no body.

Cons

Does not show why there is an error when one is present.
12x per month type memberships are set up bad for the first month since it allows that new member to check in 12 times within the first month, even if they sign up the last week of the month.
For instance if no one is signed up for the 6:30pm class by 5:30pm, the class will automatically be cancelled so the coach and athletes will know.
