Fieldstack is a cloud-based retail management solution designed to assist retailers with store management and inventory tracking. Key features include data collection, payment processing, channel management, customer engagement, promotions management, product catalogs, and custom reporting.
The Fieldstack platform comes with a point of sale (POS) module, which allows administrators to search for products, process credit card transactions, and export data to accounting systems. It also includes a customizable eCommerce website that enables users to monitor marketplaces in real-time and integrates with channels such as Amazon, eBay, Half.com, and more. Teams can track inventory levels for multiple products and facilitate web-based order fulfillment. Plus, managers can analyze the financial performance of individual stores and send notifications to a select group of team members.
Fieldstack comes with a centralized dashboard, which displays sales data and analyses in real-time, helping managers identify trends as well as create strategies. It allows supervisors to monitor whole chain, regional, sub-regional, and supplier inventories. Team members can also manage loyalty programs by offering points, incentives, and gift cards to customers.
