“This is our shop management system and partnering with AutoVitals is so easy. All the information that is needed for AutoVitals transfers over from NAPA Tracs system to the Technicians tablets. AutoVitals grabs the service history so techs see that on their tablet. Pulls all the vehicle information and what the technician is doing on that specific vehicle. Conversations are done by computer so there is no need for the Technicians to leave their bay to communicate with the Service Advisor. It is all done by text. Lets face it, do you really want a Technician that is covered in grease to come out into your nice clean waiting area, nope. Saves time, more productivity. Win Win.”
