Common add-ons can be displayed on multiple menu screens, and deal discounts are automatically applied when items included in the promotion are selected. Users can manually select the type of each order, with options including dine in, delivery, to go, and pick up, or default order types can be set for individual stations to streamline the ordering process. Customers can place orders in-store, online, or over the phone, with advanced caller ID, customer profiles, email order confirmations, and a customizable online ordering system.
For restaurants offering delivery, Thr!ve POS offers a native iOS app for drivers, allowing drivers to view their assigned orders, check in when they arrive at the delivery address, capture customer signatures, and more. Users can also specify delivery areas, service times, fees, and minimum order requirements, and if necessary ban problem customers from ordering deliveries. Driver locations can be tracked in real-time, and mileage can be used to accurately calculate driver payments. Users are automatically alerted to any deliveries which are running late, and can use the late delivery report to identify which customers to send coupons or a personal apology.
