ChangePoint's Engagement entity separates the financial contract from project delivery, so billing rules stay enforced regardless of how a project is managed. Engagements support Fixed Fee, Time and Materials, and Mixed billing types, with multiple engagements per customer and multiple projects per engagement, multi-jurisdictional taxation, multi-currency billing, and effective-dated rate changes.
