Pros

We've saved countless hours on lead generation and are seeing a significant improvement in our outreach success rates.
Features and functionality are superb. Customer support: It gives as twice a month support so everything is great.
The customer service is very friendly and offers great aftercare. The chrome extension and integration with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is great for finding out the business contact email of prospects.

Pros

For me the best part aside the accuracy of contact information and ease of use, the support team is so lovely , quick to respond, and are always there to take care of you.
I love that it integrates with linkedin navigator. It is super easy to use, and very efficient.
Had a great experience setting it up and some good talks with CS to get more value out of it.

Cons

I dislike that it only relies on people updating their LinkedIn job descriptions.
I wouldn't say there is anything I dislike about Cognism.
If you select the wrong option when generating your campaign lists, you can't go back and amend them (such as number of people in an organisation).

Cons

SCAM ALERT - Horrible experience with the software and with the support team. I cancelled the subscription only to find out a few days later that it wasn't cancelled and I was charged anyway.
The tool came with rave reviews and recommendations - either these are all fake or the tool has become disastrously bad recently.
It's constantly inaccurate - daily I am calling the numbers provided and its a wrong number. Also some people are a bit worried about how I got their details.

Use of Lusha Free Trial

Lusha seems good, although I have used it for more data in previous roles, but its very limited in terms of how many searches you can do. I use the free trial as I am using Cognism and at times I notice Lusha has contacts that are not available on other platforms. Im still getting used to it. Only have 5 free credits in a month . It has some good data, although I must point out not all data is accurate

Cons

Its restricted in terms of credits, the free trial is only 5 a month but Im aware even the paid one has a limit. I dont like the fact that you are unable to launch marketing campaigns, which is crucial in our organisation
