Users can import Excel invoices directly into CostingWizard or export full offers to PDF, Excel, or CSV for sharing.
The multi-project management feature helps duplicate projects to create multiple offers and stay consistent across bids. The integrations offered are
Google Drive & Dropbox for file storage (planned) and Stripe for secure subscription billing. CostingWizard is built on Google Firebase infrastructure with encrypted user authentication (Google/Apple sign-in supported), secure Firestore database with role-based access, real-time subscription validation through Google and Apple servers, and regular data backups and GDPR/CCPA compliance.
