The pricing is excellent. We use it mainly to track web hits and who was hitting our website, I have used Lead Forensics in the past and this is as good if not better and it comes for free.

I absolutely love that this CRM is fully opensource and if you are confident enough free to use. You can have a CRM as powerful as SalesForce for the opportunity cost of self installation.

Also, there is a hard limit of 1,000 custom fields, which is not something you can even buy more of, which in my opinion is a severe limitation.

Bad UI/UX, cannot be customized without touching the core codes, bad code structure, just use it as is, adds on are very expensive.

I dislike its integration feature and module creation because it releases very fast upgrades which is not possible for a development unit to upgrade its extra modules developed by inhouse frequently.
