We've been using CaptivateID for only about 6 months but in that time I've really come to rely on it.
I only need to go to one place to track sales and the revenue from those sales.
There is a lot of info available, so it can seem busy at times.

reducing sales operations time in resolving questions from the field sales organization
I like the visibility into what makes up the commission. I get a very clear view of every opportunity and the commission rate that was used to calculate the payout for that opportunity
I wish that I could take a snapshot at any time during the commission period to see what my current status is. Right now I am only able to see once the statement has been submitted. This may be a limitation of how we have implemented it.

Time Reduction, Accuracy, Commission view, Statement, User Friendly.
Navigation process and the detail's view are the one's i liked the most in this software & also the way how a sales rep would think to view his sales.And also extracting the data in excel format for reporting purposes such as auditing is easy.
Inquiry feature needs to be updated with drop down options such as In Progress, Awaiting Sales response, Severity of the request. Mobile application - which would help the end user to view/track sales chart in hand.

I get a better understand of my sales performance, my payout, including kickers
Easy to navigate. I am to find what I am looking for within a few clicks.
No complaints. Our organization doesn't have a complicated sales plan and it gets the job done!

A new bar for sales commission.
Up to date information. With most sales ops orgs the commission is a dreaded monthly process and by the time the end user gets their commission statement, it’s time to get paid leaving no time for end users to dispute errorsZ
Can be confusing. Dashboard icons is confusing so you end up clicking every button till you get to the right screen. Information presented is intuitive but not the navigation.

Great to see in real time a reps achievement and over-achievement levels. Easy to read and export excel reports as needed. If we have a commissions question or issue, the Inquiries button works well to communicate with our ops teams.
As sales manager, I would like to see graphs or charts on where reps stand with their performance.

No more confusion about my sales comp.
CaptivateIQ is easy to use. The UI is simple and functions in the way in which you want it to. Very easy to find the information I need to track my sales compensation.
For some reason, all sales from the quarter are listed in one month's view. It would be helpful if this information was separated into different columns.

A thorough breakdown of all of our commissions. I do enjoy how it lists "Customer A - XYZ solutions sale" offers a thorough breakdown of what exactly I am getting paid on. It takes the guessing game out of comp plans out! Best comp plan software I have ever used!
I do wish it would put the % of every single payout since my commissions vary from different types of sales

Great product and great sales team behind it!
I like how it integrates with Salesforce and you are able to see the Closed Won opportunities. From there, it is easy to see what accelerator each deal falls into and the accurate commission breakdown.
I don't dislike anything about CaptivateIQ. Before we integrated this software, it was very difficult to see how the team came up with my commission (most of the times being wrong and having me audit all deals one by one). I do wish they saved my login info, but that isn't a huge deal.

Very positively received by sales people and managers.
CaptivateIQ provides our sales team with great visibility into their commissions earned and paid. Each transaction is detailed and there are summaries and graphs to aid in understanding of quota achievement.
We have been using the software for only a few months so we have not had any challenges or concerns yet. I have not seen good manager reports yet but this may be due to our implementation.

I get my sales commission and performance bonuses.
I like getting being on top of my commission and Captivate IQ allows me to see it in a very easy and simple way.
I love it, there is nothing to dislike. Simple services are hard to come by, Captivate IQ delivers the value without overcomplicating things.

CaptivateIQ saves our Finance team tens of hours calculating sales commission payouts at the end of each quarter. It also has provided our Sales reps with more accurate payout statements, saving both the finance and sales teams a lot of time with back-and-forth problems. It's so easy to see how your payout was calculated - it's so transparent and easy to use.
My only ask would be that Payouts could have a drop down menu in the left hand navigation bar for easier access when moving between payout statements.

This service has no disadvantages. It is so simple to use, that any employee could manage this!

My experience has been great. I have no complaints. It's far better than what we had in place before.
The ability to see the breakdown of each month's commissions is great. I am compensated for different things at different times throughout the sales and post sales process. This software lets me, not only see what is included in my upcoming paycheck, but it also lets me hold sales leadership accountable for SPIFs and bonuses that were promised for certain things.
No comment. There's nothing negative that comes to mind.

Accurate sales commission reporting for the year to date.
CapitvateIQ keeps a running total for the year. Not all sales commission software does this.
A lot of categories. But this may be the way my company set it up.
