Revenue Grid is Salesforce-native customer engagement platform that helps lead teams to repeatable revenue. Covering the full sales cycle from getting the first touch to closing and upselling, Revenue Grid allows users to analyze, execute and lead growth strategy.

  • Automatically save emails, meetings and attachments using SmartCloud Connect with the option of choosing which files and attachments to save. Users can save single or multiple attachments at once and convert files to any format directly within the inbox.

  • Find contacts, leads or any other Salesforce data quickly by using SmartCloud Connect’s advanced search function and filters for Salesforce objects meaning there’s no need to navigate between the two apps.

  • The function Magic Pixel gives users the ability to track email openings. Users will be able to see where, when and how many times the email was opened.

  • Communicate with team members using Salesforce Chatter for group chats inside of the inbox. Use the Chatter integration to communicate with colleagues from inside each email or calendar event with attachments and emails.

  • Receive auto-generated suggestions and observations for daily tasks and routines, thanks to SmartCloud Connect’s machine learning and AI techniques.

    Great product for email integration with a CRM

    Pros

    I love that you can integrate activities and associate them with a contact or account while still working solely from within Outlook

    Cons

    There is a license fee for each user that can really add on to the cost of the CRM system itself

    Lacked the features we need

    Pros

    SmartCloud was the first software solution we used when we opened our business. After using the system for a year, we determined that ot lacked features that we needed to efficiently run the office.

    Cons

    The billing module was not fully developed, I was told by a CSR that the module was an add on and that it was under development. Insurance payments had to be manually entered.

    Used for outlook integration with Salesforce

    Pros

    It's really smart. It can accurately parse out phrases when creating contacts from outlook to salesforce (eg. job title = ...). It also works really well as far as integrations go. It prompts my team to complete their data entry and ensure it's up to date

    Cons

    Their sales team is very pushy. Everyone on my team gets emails from them even when they're not responsible for sales or procurement

    I have been looking at this tool among others for similar functionality. I have seen a demo and feel that it is a good competitor in the space.
