Great for finding contacts within the company assuming they are well known.

Pros

This software is pretty great when it comes to finding the right people within the company, but the company needs to be somewhat well known.

Cons

Very hard to find contacts for small companies. You have a better shot using linkedin sales navigator.

A good way to stay connected and networked

Great experience in using ZoomInfo suite.

Pros

Sharing my contact details allows people and businesses to contact me which helps in a way where we can not just network but explore possible synergies (Its the era of collaboration and not just competition).

Cons

The emailers that i get on community updates/ZoomInfo champion program is a bit limited (Frequency could be made higher).

Free but Often Outdated and Incorrect

With a limit of 10 contacts, the free version is extremely limited. Often, the number of outdated contacts is 50% so we get only 5 per month that are likely correct.

Pros

It is a free option (community edition)to obtain emails which are, otherwise, often difficult to obtain otherwise.

Cons

The data is often outdated or even just plain wrong. It would be great if trusted users could update data. For example, I knew the titles and people were wrong and I had the correct data but no way to share it.

No Way To Sign Up

Terrible! Don't waste your time.

Pros

Nothing! You can't even sign up. I tried several different business email addresses, and it didn't take any of them. Total scam! Their support sucks, too. I tried to contact chat and tech support. Both ask for a business email addresses. So unless you have you're own, you can't even get help. Scam!

Cons

Everything. What's the point if you can't get in.

Reasonable prospecting tool

Looking to equip sales teams with a tool that will help to populate sign-ups and company contact details to filter high value leads. Although the complete information proved valuable, it was insufficient for the global scope the company operates on.

Pros

The quality of the information provided and presentation. It is very easy to use and it provides actionable details on the company's research.

Cons

The presentation of the information and associated cost for paid subscriptions. The low number of companies with complete profiles in the database.
