I have been using Nakivo for approximately 6 years. The Nakivo system interface is user-friendly and quick to learn, it has good features for example efficient backups, good encryption and fast recoveries. Nakivo has increased our data protection and reduced downtime. The only area that might need some improvement is reporting, but overall, the system performance, cost-effectiveness and included features makes it the best solution for our backup requirements.

My overall experience with NAKIVO Backup & Replication has been positive. NAKIVO helped me in the event of a host failure as well as damage to the virtual machines. In these cases, a previously prepared backup helped.

We were paying for an onsite server, an offsite physical server and software/support from unitrends. This product gave us the capability to reuse the onsite server, backup to Wasabi for a fraction of the cost. My experience over the last 12 months with Nakivo has been excellent.
