A very effective log analyzer and the part I love most is the infrastructure monitoring. A proactive monitor and alert generator for our Critical Production Environment.
I feel debugging is difficult. Drop down or drag and drop functions should be made available because it's difficult to keep track and remember syntax of functions and it's usage.
Splunk provides a very flexible solution for helping you gather huge amount of data and then setting up alerts and configuring reports which helps you in converting data into an actionable insight.
We use spluk for datamining, particularly bad password attempts.
Data retrieval and visualisation is nice and easy if you know the right querying process. Machine Learning supports enhances performance for the cloud, especially.
Splunk is widely used for manipulation of data and we encounter the use of this tool almostl twice a week.
The most useful thing about Splunk is the ease of integration with application.
Difficult to implement until all moving parts are understood. Steep learning curve for beginners.
It is a great solution and they are constantly innovating.
Setting up plugins and integrating with any tool that needs monitoring is pretty easy. Technical support for the Splunk is very quick as they have a dedicated staff for that.
Great company, great company, amazing high price tag.
The timestamp resolution is precise making it easier to track down race conditions. The reporting and pivot tables are powerful ways to visualize frequency of api calls once you learn the syntax.
Complexity of queries to discover very specific correlations, date and time range accuracy, beautiful graphing capabilities.
Ease of use, you can extract any kind of information using commands provided by the software vendor.
Great, wholistic centralized monitoring solution.
Great crawling software for data and visualization software.
Splunk is very easy to use due to high community support and many video tutorials available online for new users to learn. Functionalities are robust and simple to use.
Overall i like the product but as the user base grows the logs grows too. This busts the limits of the licensing.

This application monitors my data in the most efficient and easy way. The overall experience is wonderful for me and I would definitely recommend investing into this software.
Had similar problem with another product and they could tell me the exact lines of the config and registry that needed changing.
Datadog is an amazing cloud monitoring solution that provides great insight and alerting for our platform.
Very poor set of solutions for Microsoft Azure monitoring. Very hard for new users, documentation is not very straightforward, so you'll need to spend a lit of time communicationg with support.
So nice to have that event stream and subscriptions. And it's very easy to share your findings with colleagues.
Sometimes it is very difficult to understand the graph report and it is bit technical to use. The various metric types require a little bit of reading and understanding.
Overall experience has been great overall as our account managers will always do their best to try to meet our requirements and needs.
We have been using DataDog to monitor our lambda logs for errors as well as keep track of load and uptime on various RDS and EC2/Fargate instances.
Great web monitoring tool if you have the time to dig into all the options and settings. The user interface is really professional and good looking and the charts and graphs are well thought out.
The easy to setup dashboards as well as the built-in options are a huge plus. Integrations and monitoring/alerting options are also worth taking advantage of.
Good customer service easy integration to the platform for its use and do not need a lot of work to understand it easy to configure and very personalized.
Choosing to use Datadog made my work so much easier to accomplish. The logs analysis is one of the best thing that I can have in order to monitor my projects performance and health.
I use DataDog a ton throughout my day to monitor customer service queues and it’s amazing.
It allows you to use personalized counters for metrics you can set in your code. It' s great to see app performance during product launching.
Rich features, well-documented functionality, easy to use UI, being able to create custom dashboards that can integrate with hundreds of tools.
Extremely easy and user friendly monitoring tool and syncs up with AWS very easily. It has a dash board, alerting and visualization of metrics.
It´s very useful to use it as TV Dashboards of Apps health.
The vast no of integration you can do with your cloud, whether its AWS Azure or Google, is phenomenal. The pre installed dashboards really help to set it up quickly.

Pros and Cons from Netwrix Auditor users

The fact that Netwrix always includes new and better features all of the time. Great price for the software and once it is in place and working it is very stable and solid.
It gives us errors but doesn't explain exactly what the error is so we can fix it, it tracks windows 10 but has trouble tracking Windows 7 updates.
I like how easy it is to deploy and upgrade. The new 9.0 interface is a great improvement over the previous version.
Some of the plugins are hard to use. I have a hard time figuring out what is causing errors sometimes when it runs its nightly scans of my systems.
I must also give kudos to the Netwrix helpdesk, as there are very knowledgeable and have assisted successfully on numerous occasions.
Missing some real-time features and alerts. Difficult to Integrate with other auditing software.
I like that I have can a "one-stop shop" for all my auditing needs. Very easy to use and the support folks are great.
The thing I most dislike about the tool is it's not very intuitive.
Easy to use interface, daily/weekly reporting on important Active Directory events, Real-time alerting, real-time forensics with the intelligent search feature.
Overall my experience has been good. It has helped save our bacon.
Powerful integration with AD, In-depth analysis and reporting capability. Configuration Management with respect to Network Devices.
Provides critical reporting on changes in the network. Customer support is outstanding.
The user interface is very clean, user-friendly, intuitive, and snappy. The software comes with a lot of explanations for the built-in reports to help users understand what the report is used for.
Easy to install and within the various reports and settings. The single server and well-integrated platform is robust.
Overall great experience and we are using it on daily basis.
Netwix Auditor Program is the best overall in features, performance and price despite it's stepback.
Probably The Best Tool For AD Auditing You Will Find.
Overall Netwrix Auditor is an ideal software for sorting information, so that the information would be affordable for use.

The features of Jira are very useful, help track multiple projects with ease. Helps a ton in collaborating with other team members efficiently.
It has limited number of software integrations. Error notifications can be annoying sometimes.
Jira is pretty straight forward. Once you get used to how to set up a Jira, and subscribe to notifications it works on auto-pilot helps to get track of complex issues, resolution and monitor progress.
If you accidentally click on the wrong name, the submitter gets a notification when it is assigned, and then another notification when you fix this by assigning it to the correct name.
Slack integration is super useful and the ability to write JQL and integrating with Google sheet is immensely useful.
Sometimes Jira does not work for some time and that makes it hard to track work. It has server problems often.
It is so easy to get started with Jira. They have awesome integrations into other atlassian products as well (we were using Trello before) so switching to Jira was almost seamless.
Some of the staff have had trouble understanding how to use and onboard the system. It could definitely be more intuitive- training staff on the system has been a bit of a struggle.
Atlassian is known for making good products with good value for money, and Jira is part of this good suite.
The fluidness of the software while using it is the best thing. The interface and ease of use is very high quality.
Option to picture of any size and re-size it is fantastic, also option to attach documents in your comment or tag people to increase visibility is great.
The software offers excellent reports, customizable dashboards, a great interface to track tasks, and is very useful to module the development.
Amazing tool, especially when I have any kind of issue with IT or have to submit a request to my employer. I always get automated responses and the user interface is pretty easy to get around.
Although the standard fields are great, you can also create your own to fine tune your processes. Workflows are also highly customizable, giving the user-base great flexibility on how work is set up.
It provides great reporting, due to which I can evaluate our progress. It has save my time and my energy to carry out our task more effectively by keeping everyone collaborated.
We use Jira for IT help desk support, miscellaneous administrative and clerical support, staying focused on engineering and resource planning. We've gained several benefits.
I used to collect information on engineering tickets to do accounting allocations of costs by project but our other teams were very happy to use it to track the progress of projects.
It also integrates very well with other related apps such as Atlassian and Confluence, both of which are extremely useful when creating a full-featured help desk solution.

The benefit of having all in one place is a great promise. And helps a lot that the entire team is using one single place for all organizational stuff.
It also makes the relevant conversations and files more difficult to track down, since they might be lost in any of these subtasks.
I also love that they added a free plan for people to try out the platform before committing. But what I love the most is the new templates feature.
There are countless examples of this annoying aspect.
Good for managing high level projects and milestones. Gantt charts help visualize progress and keep our teams on top of their work.
Who knows that I did not use the service, because there are access logs, and still maintain the unauthorized charges.
Super easy to use from the non-creative/briefer side and I hear the same from the creative side. Easy to see version histories and follow up with edits.
For a private venture, this is the main problem in my view. This is likewise the situation for extra highlights, a considerable lot of which are just utilized by Admin yet are invoiced for each seat.
Logging the bugs was very easy and I liked how I got automated messages back when the dev team took care of my tickets so I could keep up with progress.
If you have someone who is super organized and sets a good example for what to put in each task, it can go a long way. It makes a manageable and organized to-do list for everyone in your org.
A great project management tool, with lots of features and a great interface.
The support staff was very pleased, who, when using Wrike, helped us quickly configure the interface and create an individual and appropriate workflow for my team.
The thing that I like most about this software is that it is pretty easy to use and set up for projects.
It has excellent integration with Apple operating systems, both with Mac and iPhone, which allows us to be connected at all times.
I've use ripe software for over 5 years collaborated on multiple projects with multiple end users and vendors and can only say that is phenomenal software with a very good price in the market.
Overall, I think it is a solid tool. I have heard from champions that it is costly, and that most integrations come at an incremental additional cost.
Very complete project management tool. I like the direct integration with the calendar, which ensures everyone is aligned on the relevant tasks.
Looks amazing, hard to use in practice, with unresponsive community support.

Excellent Tool with wonderful built in options which help in easy monitoring and management.
Does not work on any site using a proxy or on cloudflare give false fake ips. I tried it on my site and after 40 tries i never got a real ip.
Very good software for monitoring things like server performance or any website performance. Good to operate from both mobile and desktop and customer support of this organisation is very good.
Their agents seem a little hacked together are are not as resource efficient as others. You have to manually upgrade/downgrade your plan as your usage changes.
It works flawlessly for network management and I recommend checking what your exact needs are from the software before purchasing. If it checks your needs, I endorse getting it.
Things will stop working and give you no indication as to why. You must reach out to support, wait a day or so, they will ask for logs, wait a day or so, provide some feedback.
Purchased this product fornour one of the customer. They liked this product because we are getting everything related to monitoring in less cost and this product is effective like as other old tools.
We use it just for the monitoring of our critical servers and applications. We get notified almost as soon as outages happen and we also get another notification when the app/ site is back up online.
Purchased this product fornour one of the customer. They liked this product because we are getting everything related to monitoring in less cost and this product is effective like as other old tools.
Easy to use and pretty cost effective, also like the fact that it integrates with Terraform.
I like the features and ease of use. Makes it very easy for our engineers to use and leverage on a daily basis.
It is an intuitive tool, easy to use, excellent documentation of each of its monitors, real-time telemetry, extensive catalog of integrations, almost immediate manufacturer support.
It's easy to set up (and adjust as needed) and it just works - I get text alerts when I need them. The system works and is easy and simple - what more could you want.
I love the network traffic feature and how accurate it tracks data.
Effective server monitoring, easy to deploy and manage.
Fast alerting of any sites or services that are not accessible is critical & done well. Notification of coming possible problems such as SSL certificate expiry is great for business continuity.
Seemless monitoring experience with ease of use , alot of features included with customization.
Low waiting times in getting technical support from them. Lots of tools and features.

Overall, it was a great experience using Jira. We're still using it, exploring it and learning that how to improve our development processes and make ease for both management and the developers.
Especially in latest version of their UX, the navigation sucks.
Jira offers a great task management for the team with a nice and clean visibility. The project flow is very easy to manage and see what is done and what is left to do.
Some developers I have worked with find Jira with confusing user interfaces, it's hard to find tasks assigned to a particular developer.
I believe they do a great job in the ability to create tickets and tag them appropriately.
At the beginning it can be a lot hard to navigate and learn the flows, sometimes there is too much information on screen.
It is a brilliant tool for both tech savvy or even otherwise and We have been using in our company over few years and we have customized to suit our needs very easily and good customer support.
Permission management can be quite tricky sometimes.
JIRA has helped use organized our tasks/bugs and projects for many of our clients. For it's cost the benefit to our business has been amazing.
It helps you manage your projects in a very friendly and easy to understand way. You can see very easily how the project is going.
Awesome tool for agile software development. Everything can be customized easy to use.
Great User Interface and User Experience. The ability to create custom queues and automatically re-direct issues to these queues saves a lot of time.
Overall we're quite happy and now able to oversee the development work by the hired developer and pay them as per their involvement and progress.
A great number of functionalities. On the basic level is intuitive.
A huge number of plugins. Customer service - in terms of personal help to do something.
Initially I liked Jira a lot - some things are very easy, and the set up is basically instant. It lets you integrate many things in one place.
Also bug reporting and fixing became easy, and also you can make integrations with many apps and tools like slack ,github and many more.
At first sight, the abundance of features might seems daunting, but Jira is a tool definitely worth investing time into as it quickly turns into might weapon in hands of experienced user.

I like how it can map the errors with timelines and usage. The most amazing thing is its seamless integration with Slack, to which we send all of our critical alerts.
Errors do not get into correct versions of app sometimes. Also, I am still struggling with map files as JavaScript errors are really hard to decode without map js files.
We like Rollbar because it helps us to keep track of every error on our production application, have a great user interface to work with and its affordable similar services.
Error grouping is sometimes awkward. New deployments of my team's code create new errors that are duplicates.
Great tool to use, easy to set up and integrate with other apps. The dashboards are easy to understand and use and see all the important details easily.
It’s a bad choice for AWS lambda, just painful. The client has an inscrutable api and the typescript definitions are wrong or missing.
It is best available in the market. Considering all the factors, it is on top on my list.
Real-time error tracking, as soon an error pops up on test or production environment, we get an alert on slack and act on it.
Being able to get direct access to incidents from my phone is the most important feature - then switching to the desktop for resolution is easy.
Their resolve & re-activations are perfect that alerts teams about repeat occurrences of existing system issues.
I love the ability to check the stack remotely and with it the browser types in case of our react app.
It is easy to use, easy to set up, and once set up seems to be great capturing a lot of details.
It is really good tool, helping to stabilise the systems, enhance user experiences so they face lesser issues.
Thanks to Rollbar we are able to provide proactive customer support.
Email integration, managing errors like marking them as resolved is very easy and intuitive. Versioning in errors can be done with some few commands which can be really useful.
Seamless and easy to integrate. Comparatively cheaper and hence value for money.
Super happy with Rollbar. Have used it on multiple projects, but in Recipe Cost Calculator specifically for probably at least seven years.
Great as overall, the on failure is the customer services is really slow.

Pros and Cons from PagerDuty users

The ability to to have the information displayed and on the go with the App is great for us as we can engage with stakeholders and its bought in consistency for out out of hours team on alerting.
We also suffer during outages for the lack of a "acknowledge all incoming pages" button.
Integration with CloudWatch, webhooks, Jira is outstanding, functional, and reliable. The application has gotten better over the years I have used it.
Once I actually closed an incident of another person, mistakenly. Yes it was my mistake and perhaps my IT department's configuration mistake, but the UI shows me these incidents.
Love the on-call rota, the ability to schedule overrides and multiple call out hierarchies. The wide range of alerts and abilities to interact with the product via multiple channels.
We badly need a "current status, open incident" that auto-acks whatever comes in and, say, converts them to summary push-notifications or some other "just an FYI, this other stuff happened" digest.
Very good, has assisted in ensuring I provide good customer service as well as life-saving support.
The word service itself is misleading for the users.
There is a good amount of features and integrations. It seems to be reliable.
Very happy with the product. The UX is better than most competitors.
It’s easy to use and the UI is great. Linking pager duty with a lot of tools make it worth using.
A big number of way you could be notified about the accident (really love the SMS and phone alerts). Ability to make schedules and on-call rotations, setting up maintenance windows.
Overall experience has been very seamless. Very easy to setup and use.
It is user friendly and understanding of this software is quite easy.
We can see the history of alerts and to come to a conclusion and fix it for a long term. They have a great support team.
The notifications are clear and concise, it is easy to respond to, mute and investigate alerts. The apps interface is sleek and easily understandable.
It provides a quick and efficient means to notify tier 3 support and On Call resources assigned to facilitate system outages.
PagerDuty helps us keep track of our incidents efficiently and saves us money by allowing us to quickly escalate events and respond to emergencies as soon as they occur.

Dashboarding perfromance report capability is also good, helps us to keep on top of our applications perfromance.
Lack of default dashboard/UI to see the overall status for a group of apps/ team. No feature to turn off a alert policy from the UI, we have to start and stop individual alerts.
Very feature rich and appreciate the ability to write custom queries against collected instrumentation data. Integration with other tools.
Upon cancellation I was charged three months fee because the product had "auto renewed" for a third year. My sales rep had told me it was a one year contract, no mention of anything auto renewing.
We've been pleased with the platform and the help we received on implementation.
I've used New Relic for 6+ years across 3 different companies including my own. Overall they seem to be going downhill each year, sadly along with many tech companies now.
Overall very useful monitoring tool that helps to track, identify and resolve the issues with site performance.
Just a reshuffling, often with added work required from me for no benefit, plus features that no longer work. Even lowest tier email support apparently requires paying more than $2000 per year.
Ease of use is the best feature about this tool, you can get started with very minimal training.
It's a great visualization tool, which gives real insights on the application data and helps my company to take the decisions accordingly.
Very good application performance option. Alerts and notification services, like emails for daily monitoring.
We were excited to give it another try, and were happily surprised by the improvements, both in terms of pricing transparency and UI/UX (only if you use the "new" design though).
Another feature that we love is the integration with Jira which enabled auto-creating of tickets on violation of certain thresholds. Overall, this is used by developer community on daily basis.
I really like that New Relic has an online academy that teaches it’s users how to navigate and become a certified performance pro.
New Relic helps me find the endpoints and backend APIs that are experiencing errors or not performing well. The data collected from New Relic helps the developers tune slow performing requests.
I would rate my experience with New Relic as very good. It's easy to setup and use with the exception of a little learning curve about all the corners where information is stored.
UI/UX and Pricing models have improved but deployment is a nightmare.
It is a well known software so everyone have heard about it and probably use it. And also there are a lot of tutorials from the website or from community.

It is a well known software so everyone have heard about it and probably use it. And also there are a lot of tutorials from the website or from community.

OpsGenie has great functionalities with an awesome user-friendly interface that anyone can understand.
Any (minor) troubles I've had turned out to be something I was doing wrong.
I like the user-friendly interface and how easy it is to integrate with other applications. The search functionality in the Alerts section is super flexible and easy to use.
It's hard to setup rotations and override on calls in some cases. If I removed one person from the team rotation, all the past rotations that were done also got moved and messed up the whole schedule.
The economics of the platform fit our needs better than the alternatives. I like the ability to easily spread the responsibility of support across the team.
The mobile application refresh is awkward and non-intuitive.
Great price compared to similar software, feature set is pretty decent, interfaces are nice and detailed activity log is super nice.
The filtering of who gets the alerts can be a bit confusing, it does take some time to get used to the setup and configuration of how they do things.
Ease of use, it has wide options of integration, very easy to integrate with other tools, good support, website experience is nice, it is fast.
It's so easy to use, totally reliable and customer service is just great and proactive.
Very good experiences with Opsgenie. It is one of the best products out there.
It is easy to navigate the web interface, but the cellphone interface is amazing.
Overall Opsgenie is a very reliable solution if your main goal is to have reliable delivery of alerts to the support staff.
Ease of use is very easy, the features and functionalities are fine.
I've been a loyal customer of OpsGenie for almost three years now and I like to product so much that I wrote an integration with spring-boot-admin a year ago that now is used by many others.
Role Based Access Control. One can create good Dashboard.
We moved from pagerduty to opsgenie, it was easy to setup and get going. Working out well so far.
Satisfied given the amount of money we pay with them.

The features are all in this single analyzer, easy to setup, great reporting, compliance tracking and alerting, dashboard come with useful widget selection and great support team.
Difficult to find least , it should be more competetive.
Ease of installation, ease of use. Vey good and helpful info from the Firewalls.
Integration with SonicWall firewalls is not full. Also some of the Firewall analysis were showing redundant firewall rules although the rules were different one was deny and the other one was allow.
Had excellent help from support setting up the product and configuring the reports I needed.
The idea of these monitoring tools is to set them up get the logs all set up then just leave them to do the job so you can just get on with other items that do require your time.
Good software.very good for management and easy troubleshooting.
I am not sure, need more time to give assessment.
Ease of implementation without any complications. Reporting features are good.
The product started out giving me a very good look at firewall information and has continued to expand that information more and more.
I like its easy to use features and easy to deploy capabilities.
One of the seamless integration with leading OEM Products and by far the easiest implementation experience.
Price, ease of use and their support is pretty fast and solid.
So far , I quite happy with the product as its can communicate with our other vendor firewall and able to grab data from there.
The live monitoring dashboard is very intuitive which accustoms any new team member to understand the solution & be effective without too much of efforts.
Simple to Implement and Excellent Technical Support.
It is a good price compared to other vendors and it does the job very well. If you have to keep fixing or need to keep an eye on a monitoring application then the overall cost is then too big.
Is easy to use, permit integration with some tecnologics.

Pros and Cons from LogicMonitor users

The customer support is the best I have ever seen. Free training in the application and ability to meet with LM technical trainers to help with any questions.
We no longer spend time installing a bloated monitoring application on a server (physical or otherwise) or fighting to upgrade any part of the application's components.
Chat support is good and available 24/7 and we have a dedicated customer success team contact who can assist with any escalations, questions, or concerns we have.
I don't like the lack of logs, I know LM has a log filing system but it's not enabled by default and it is very hard to find.
The layout is brilliant and the ability to customize widgets/dashboards to how you want them for yourself and each customer is easy to use.
Ironically, there are very little information that it provides where it is actually needed. So the reporting features are limited.
Software is amazing, very easy to use, you can do cloud monitoring and I love it, I suggest you to go with it.
Our less experienced technicians struggled to learn to use it. The billing model was not very MSP friendly, which was a disadvantage.
LogicMonitor as a company has been a delight to work with. They are excellent at innovation in their sector and are paving the way to finely tuned and monitored IT infrastructure for their customers.
My overall impression of Logic Monitor is a positive one. I have been happy with the scale at which we are able to adopt the systems.
Have used Logic Monitor for about 4 years and have been very happy. Since then we’ve moved most of our infrastructure to the cloud, and LM still does a good job, even though we do not have LM Cloud.
Additionally, it has great customization options and enables you to customize everything from calls to tickets and emails. Overall, very satisfied with the product.
The fact that an average person can build a custom datasource to monitor some 3rd party software application is absolutely amazing.
Our senior network guys liked it a lot, but we found that Auvik had better integrations with other MSP tools like Autotask, was easier to learn, and came with a better billing model.
For a smaller company like ours, cost is definitely a large factor and LogicMonitor was definitely a leader in this category.
LM has saved us a ton of money. We setup it and got it monitoring our network very easily.
It provides a healthy amount of Enterprise Network Management capability - but not everyone is an enterprise.
Logic Monitor allows us to monitor every aspect of our customer environments. We use the connectwise integration top open and close tickets.

The quality and helpfulness of technical assistance is excellent. I love everything about the Pandora FMS workstation, especially the user interface.
You can get easilly lost in the administration since there are so many things in menu and options it can be tricky sometimes.
Technical support is always available and easy to reach out to. The free trial is great to learn about the tool features and capabilities.
Integration has been a challenge we've bad to overcome.
It was very intuitive and easy to use. We loved how it saved up-to 20mins of time doing repetitive tasks each day/week.
Linux base application are more difficult to set up.
As a personal user, I agree that it's a great monitoring solution in general it includes a more than decent amount of features and integrations, even in its community edition.
I think that way to get and add agents its little difficult in comparison with other toosl (prtg).
Their capability to get integrated and connected to over 500 plugins is just amazing and highly admirable as no other competitors is close to them.
I do manage my networking platform through this one and I'm a happy customer. I wanna highly recommend those looking for managing their office network or server.
Plus they still offer their Open Source Community Edition, which is great to just explore the software or use it on medium sized infrastructures. Really, even if it's open source it's quite powerful.
I really enjoy being able to monitor security with the application as well as server reportings. It's very interesting watching how it all comes together.
This tool has been of great help because we can manage faster solutions with the problems in our network, it helped us reduce our response time.
You don't have to have a super in depth knowledge to get started using it. You can monitor wide types of systems with a user interface that is easy to comprehend and use.
Pandora FMS is the best solution for system monitoring.
This product seems really thorough. I would definitely want to implement if I had more money to do so.
The user interface of Pandora FMS is well-designed and intuitive, and makes it easy for users to access the information and tools they need.
As an IT consultant for medium and large businesses I always recommend it as a less costly alternative to Zabbix or Nagios, since it provides the same features and more at a much lesser price.

Provides great support, pretty easy to use, new features added with no additional cost, low requirements. Great way to stay on top of your critical items like services.
Missing custom range filtering by date for logs.
Support team is super responsive, attentive and extremely professional. The first setup is easy with excellent guidance from the team over the phone and/or remote support.
There is some lag in loading the logs when you select a machine.
I've been very happy with the software and anytime I've needed help there support has quickly helped me out. It helps me meet the PCI Requirements I need to fulfill monitoring my servers.
It seems to provide some alerting, but setup is difficult.
Very easy to use at a great price with good support. Weekly reports give us a good idea of what is going on with the machines in the system and it hits all of the auditors check boxes.
The new tabs opening everytime you edit a setting is Hard to navigate.
I like the ease of setting up the event log consolidation, directory size monitor, and many more I think I have to explore with this product that will be helpful in monitoring our network devices.
Never any production down incidents as we have had with others. The support is fantastic.
Provides a wealth of information from our DCs and helps of stay in compliance.
Great software with excellent customer support.
I love the endless customization's that are possible with Corner Bowl Server Manager. Essentially, if there is a will, there is a way with this product.
So far, good, one issue so far, but this was solved within a day with support. And so far, what data I needed to gather, I have been able to gather with minimal difficulty.
CornerBowl is very simple and friendly tool for SIEM and FIM solution. Once you are familiar with tools very simple to use.
Easy to use ready templates for all basic monitoring needs. Customizable for more advanced monitoring and logging.
I would say about the email alerts integrated with multiple agents associated with various templates. Real-time alerts really help to manage business efficiently.
Easy way to integrate Databases for logging. Group creation by test or asset type (By CPU, Hard disk, ).

Its an amazing combo of applications, completely free of cost with easy implementation and powerful online support.
Can suffer from 5 V problems that are Velocity, Veracity, Value, Volume and Variety. Query is less flexible than SQL query.
It served the best in driving the product to it's success with it's great capability and accuracy of indexing data.
Syntax could really mess the intentions up. There is a difference between 'filter' and 'filters', 'term' and 'terms' filters and that's the beginning.
The product is very popular among many companies, therefore there is a big community who can share their knowledge, the search is very fast and the installation process and integration are very easy.
Mostly for developers, other people's would have a hard time to understand and work on it. Also the query is typical or hard to write in terms of SQL queries.
Totally worth using it, Great Search Performance, Scalable, Easy to use, Cloud Offering.
The cost of product may inviabilize it's use for small applications or companies. If the configuration goes wrong it may really affect the speed.
Visualisation options are diverse and powerful. Solid community support in forums.
A solid product with a rich feature set, if you get past the initial setup complexity.
Flexible, great API support, active development so new features are added all the time, open source, can scale.
Very nice real-time dashboard, I can integrated with other software and see all the view of network traffic, traffic flow very well.
Good for Distributed full text search, No-SQL, Aggregation. Can be used as a replacement MongoDB and RavenDB.
It allows us to look and compare historical data and gives us a great visualisation, analytic tools and data sharing options of all the data collected by our scanner.
It has all the funtionalities I need for incident management. You can browse logs and create dashboards in order to help visualize the data.
One of the Best No sql Document Base Database.
It's an easy choice when complex queries are involved, if cost is a secondary factor.
The very powerful search engine I search around 5 million log in a second only.

Pushing out to clients is vastly improved as well. The documentation is much better and the inclusion of help links throughout the product is much appreciated.
Software constantly has issues, stops recording, etc. Lately has been causing boot corruption on Windows 10 computers.
I love the product and would recommend it to any business owner, especially when you allow you staff to telecommute.
The alerting is not as accurate as I would have hoped. Analytics are almost always false when reporting potential threats based on user reaction.
I am extremely happy with this product and the data that it provides, and I would recommend this to anyone in a corporate environment.
Poorly designed, bad interface , missing features.
Overall it has been good and I would recommend. I have had two instances so far where it has come in handy.
It is painful to use, have to dig through tons of reports to get what you need. GUI not user-friendly and not intuitive at all.
Overall Veriato Recon has offered us more capability than we even knew existed at the outset of the project. It fulfills our requirement of keeping confidential data secure.
They upgraded their software about 3 years ago to the cloud. Its much slopwer and the dashboard is a bit more confusing.
A solid solution that supports employee investigations.
The user interface is easy to navigate, and the information provided on potential employee threats is outstanding.
I appreciated the ease of deploying the software, the interface is intuitive and well organized as well.
I like that I can see what my employees are doing and when they are doing it. How they are utilizing company time and money.
Technical support is fantastic when an issue does arise.
Tech support is helpful. Users can be created to allow limited access to browse the collected data, for example to let managers review their assigned employees.

Simply an amazing product, that lets you stay on top of network outages and assess them in a timely manner. Very affordable, when it comes to cost, comparing to some other options out there.
The few time we needed tech support answers were slow and they did not provide proper answers/solutions to the issues we had (broken dashboards, missing checks etc).
I like that I can see the "waterfall" view of my site, which helps me to determine what elements are causing my page to load slowly. It does work and it works reliably.
It is a bit costly for purchasing. Reports are complex to study.
If you have the budget for it, it's a great solution to track website performance and receive timely alerts.
I can only complain about the way they present errors, a little more order would not be wrong.
Super easy to use and insightful read and make sense of what is going on - on your site.
Really can't think of anything negative, however I wish it gave more detailed notifications about what caused the outage in the detailed reports.
In addition, going over the gathered data is simple and you can see the status "in a glance. The integration with Slack is also great.
The interface makes it quite simple to create multi step transactional monitors. There are a nice variety of options for alerting.
That time I use Pingdom to make the client happy. I think this tool needs to improve UI/UX more, people like me will start loving this tool again.
It pings our phones, emails, collaboration tools and we rarely have issues with it. I recommend for medium and large enterprise monitoring cross-continent.
The integration of Pingdom alerts on slack proves to be very useful.
It is a really feature rich website monitoring tool. It notifies about down times and slow periods by e-mail and sms.
Easy and straightforward to set up, in the same subscription you have everything you need to monitor your websites.
What makes this tool stand out from other ones out there is that it provides an easy way to monitor website performance and get alerts.

It was a nice journey with wooqer, and very friendly access overall.
The application is too much complicated and making our life too hard we are suffering from it from the 2nd week of purchase.
Its a very useful user interface between Organisation and Employees which reduces levels of reaching to the desired function and gets the work done easily.
Few videos ware unable to open , but to pop up for the delay.
Wooqer is really good platform for me for any special check I can make checklist easily and get this published also this is very helpful to store to maintain our SOP and compliance.
Wooqer is not working properly if internet speed it bit low. Even it will not getting started with low speed.
Very easy to use and very useful, Recommend every organization to us.
Very much difficult to submit a process, not able to attach images, a process needs to be filled 4-5 times to complete and submit it.
Assigned Module where you can upload materials of learning or instructions and assign for certain of users, great communication.
All the features that was introduced at the time of purchase was good and satisfying.
Easy to use with its user friendly interface. Assigning tasks have never been easy.
It has a most unique features which helps the Retailers to Run standardised way of working process. It’s intuitive interface and customisation makes compatible for any business.
I can use it on the sale floor do training and check VM guidelines. Save cost also paperless report.
Simple, user-friendly and worth every penny spent.

I didn't have any searchable log solution before, so it was the main benefit it provided us. The nice ui is good too.
The indexing lag lately has been a bit high. Sometimes we get alerted to errors in Slack from our apps and it takes a few minutes before we can read the logs to see what happened.
It's very fast, always working and the feature-set makes it so great to find bugs and see status. The meta search and time filters are superb.
They need to be mindful about pushing out changes that could affect someone else's logs. Be weary and keep another copy of your logs just incase things go awry.
It is a very robust software, allows to easily view the logs for debug complex applications. It has good functionalities like seeing the context of the logs.
It was a little difficult for us to set it up on elasticbeanstalk initially.
Ease of integration and ease of use are the software's primary advantages.
Sometimes, it is hard to navigate with lots of defined views without the option to group them if I don't remember their titles.
The search engine is super user friendly and easy to use. It was a simple process to integrate with the existing code base.
Ease of deployment - great instructions on how to get setup on almost every environment. Easy to setup alerts / views to track different environments and create alerts.
Very quick setup on all platforms, especially Kubernetes. Solid UI, fast tailing of real-time logs, structured logging and good search capabilities.
Easy to setup and use, and with the best pricing out of all logging services.
Also really love how I can set alarms for specific strings in the Logs. I get notifications when certain strings appear in the logs which allows me to react to specific events much faster than normal.
The overall developer experience is good, and quite intuitive to build graphs and dashboards.
It is also priced well for high volume. Lastly, it integrates well with other platforms, in particular the Heroku setup is really nice.
The customer support is attentive and helpful with any question.
Really easy to send logs from our servers to LogDNA. We run our workloads on AWS and use the CloudWatch to LogDNA lambda to ship logs to LogDNA.
Customer support was very fast and accurate for what was requested.

Pros and Cons from Better Uptime users

With Better Uptime, the site is checked every 3 minutes. And before the holidays, they sent me this outstanding t-shirt.
I have yet to find a real downside to this product.
Very simple to use, very fair price, it sounds like a very good start to me. Being a marketer it's great to finaly have a tool that is actually easy to use.
Nothing really yet that I disliked, perhaps only automatic dark mode for status pages would be cool.
I want to give my users comfort in the quality of my software - having a status page with Better Uptime means I can do that, and I've really enjoyed setting it up.
The thing I don't like is that you can't have a dashboard with the current status of every monitor you set up on more than one team.
I especially enjoy the UX, which feels much cleaner and straight forward - much better than uptime robot in that case. Also the free status page comes quite handy - the design again very nicely done.
Currently I'm using this tool alone, so I haven't tested all features yet. In a features that I've been using, haven't found any cons or things, that I do not like.
In particular, I think it is one of the best tools for monitoring activities. Easy to use and I really like the variety of features and customization options.
It has an email, in-app messages, SMS, and phone call notifications. I woudl recommend Better Uptime over the competition because of the price and ease of use.
Was very easy to setup and customize. Free tier was very comprehensive and suited my needs for a small VPS server I use to host some small websites.
The attention to detail and willingness to improve is second to none. From a monitoring perspective, you can customize exactly how, when and from where it occurs.
They regularly add new features to the monitor. Best of all is the ease of use and setting it up.
The reporting is great - not too much. Just enough to get the team working on the right resolution plan whenever something does go down or not look right.
I like the simple interface. It doesn't overwhelm you with too many options but still provides lots of integrations and functionality.
They have a rich set of integrations with a lot of communication and server management platforms, so I don't think you will run out of ways to be informed when a server goes offline.

We had been searching for a good APM solution for a better price than the goldmines others were charging for too few features. We found Stackify and immediately knew that it was the right fit for us.
It's the UI and dashboard (seems like it's been in Beta forever!). They're awful, borderline dreadful.
On top of that, the communication from the company has been outstanding. Even though our app is small, they have given us all the attention in the world.
In one case we were using Stackify to identify an issue that made the site slow occasionally, it was very hard to pin point the source of the problem.
Awesome, accessible support team always at the ready, which was especially nice when we started using more of the advanced features of AWS.
Takes sometime to show up logs. Not Instant that is the only problem that i faced in this less that 6 months of interaction with stacify.
We have been using Stackify to monitor and improve our web apis to great success.
Some version of Agent auto-update failure, for example 4.13. Some probe which is used in log collection will make auto-add monitoring point as webapp or app, and they are not deleted correctly.
It is awesome and helps us to trace the logs quickly than any other tool.
We love the Stackify error & log management solution it was the perfect solution (after a months long journey trialing numerous logging services!).
It is a simple config change to your app and you are good to go. Very user friendly & easily to use.
Our development team has been equally pleased with how simple it has been to have the application's logs fed right to Stackify and accessible from a single dashboard for our product support team.
The major advantage is that one can do all the needful activities like code profiling, monitoring and logging on the single system. We dont need to depend on any other third parties for the same.
Integration of performance management with log management so you get the parameters sent,Error Escalation ,Log management was awesome.
Overall a very good package for developers like me to track my whole code status at one go.
I really like how easy it is to navigate Stackify. I log in, navigate to what i need and dont have to think about it.
Best in Market - In Budget - Gives In-depth insight of your application.
After one time setup it quiet easy to use. We debug with the help of log monitoring techniques given by Stackify.

Distributed Monitoring and the ability for managed services helps a lot. Thridparty Integration is great, thanks to the open source community.
User interface, Historical data browsing is quite bad (there is a solution for that though).
It's free, so that's great. You will sink more time into it to get it running as you like compared to other slicker monitoring programs, it's up to you if that's a fair trade off.
The menu structure is unintuitive in some cases and the Web API does not make use of HTTP response codes (You get a 200 even if the call fails). The Agent output is not encrypted by default.
Checkmk offers a steep learning curve and the benefits you're getting from it are great and I personally learned a lots of new things with the help of Checkmk.
The IT systems are crucial in the supply chain to the customer. With check_mk we are able to alert an issue with this IT systems before it becomes a problem for the delivery process.
The new Business Intelligence "module" and the Reporting features is awesome. There is a free & paid version available, so you can start free and upgrade if you need more features.
Overwhelming amount of options that aren't that well organized or explained, tricky to manage services and hosts.
Outstanding Customize, Scale & Performance vs. easy of use.
Also helps with automated SLA reports und software/hardware inventory. Great value for your money, there is also a community edition for tight budgets.
The ability to contribute your own code to the final product is great. I'm working with Checkmk everyday and used almost every type they're offering (CME,CEE,RAW, virt. Appliance).
Price performance ratio in the Enterprise Edition very good. Most of the configuration can be done via the GUI with the additional option to do it on the console.
The price of the product is pretty fair, I can say cheap of we analyze all the features which it provides.
Customisable dashboards have been very useful. Integration with automated configuration has been straight-forward.
We liked the thousend of customizing possibilities to build the monitoring for our needs.
We picked Check_MK because we liked the many integration possibilties and becase it scales.
You're able to build your monitoring dynamic from the ground up and Checkmk helps to improve the overall quality of your infrastructure.
Powerfull API for automation. The Rule based configuration is powerful very fast.

Sematext support was overall positive and they are super helpful when integrating with the tech stack.
Missing feature: Filtering the context view (e.g. if there is an exception, displaying its context works, but I cannot limit that context).
Sematext is very easy to navigate by providing a nice interface environment without complicated clutter. The documentation is also amazing.
Documentation missing for old agents - Ubuntu < 16. Agent once crashed - cause is still unknown.
Sematex has impressed us in recent months for its ability to deliver robust tools for analyzing and mining the information present in our logs.
At times the data showed up slightly delayed than our expectations, however it is not something that happened frequently enough to escalate the concern.
Great tool to monitor infrastructure and your users. Online resources and trainings are useful.
The way accounts are set up, where you have to log in then "become" the account owner to see your logs is strange, and needs to be explained to each new user.
Easy setup, no-headache operations, flexible and instant sizing and fantastic technical support.
It is so easy to integrate and so easy to use. The web UI is so intuitive and the query syntax is so easy to use even if you are not a technical guy.
Choice of Sematexts own simple UI, and Kibana. Easy to integrate, since the API supports a number of common standards (elasticsearch, syslogd).
Logs are sent quickly and the search features work great.
The UI is quite easy to use, intuitive, does not reinvent the wheel.
Easy to use and extremely fast to filter log data. Ready-to-use Java and Android libraries made integration a very fast process.

Pros and Cons from EventSentry users

We've found it to be very useful in root cause analysis and troubleshooting network issues. The support staff are amazing and cannot be recommended enough.
My organization wouldn't be caught dead without EventSentry because it takes so much of the manual burden off managing servers and other critical applications.
In addition, the web interface is quite slick now. The backend performance (I'm using SQL Server) is fantastic and the site is very responsive.
I spent some time over the next few weeks tweaking the settings to tune out some of the "errors" that are really routine events and also correcting problems that we were previously unaware of.
This product and the team that supports it are the REAL DEAL. I could not recommend any product more highly and encourage you to try this product and prove it for yourself.
If I hated looking through manuals like some other people I know, this could have caused a momentary issue.
On top of all of these qualities, the support staff is outstanding and the cost/value ratio is heavily stacked in the clients favor.
WARNING - Your tedious event logs will be transformed into situational awareness data.
EventSenty offers many great features at a great price point. It is very flexible and we have leveraged it throughout our environment on many different platforms.
Eventsentry is a great bit of software that covers us for our PCI DSS log retention as well as giving us an excellent insight into our network through netflow and anomaly alerting.
The reporting, alerting, and dashboards that are included are very nice and allow you to be proactive and spot issues before they become problem.
What a Fantastic product!!!! The installation and configuration was far more intuitive and even quicker than the previous version that we tried.
To be honest, I haven't even had to 'learn' much with the software to be getting all the benefits.
But during that time it was always a pleasure to work with the not-buggy and intuitive GUI.
Prompt response and friendly customer service. Most important - they quickly grasped the problem and clearly communicated how to troubleshoot and fix.
The software itself is very granular and provides numerous customization and optimization options, the limits are endless.
