Spoke (formerly Circuit) is a web-based delivery management software, which helps businesses create optimal routes, manage drivers, and maintain client communication through email or SMS. Features include route renaming, dispatching, real-time updates, and data import and export. Spoke lets supervisors handle multiple delivery operations by allocating drivers to appropriate destinations, swapping routes according to driver’s preferences, and scheduling deliveries based on priorities. Using Spoke, managers can track the progress of drivers in real time, record their stops, and measure estimated arrival times (ETAs) for later deliveries.
