HaulierMagic is a cloud transport management system for UK haulage operators, covering the full order-to-invoice lifecycle in one platform.

Orders arrive by manual entry, bulk CSV import or API from customer systems, and are planned into runs and legs on a drag-and-drop traffic sheet with map-based and calendar views. AI-assisted multi-stop planning groups orders into efficient runs, and Skills across drivers, vehicles and trailers validate every allocation against licences, ADR and vehicle class before work is assigned.

Drivers work from the Driver App on Android and iOS: jobs, messaging, sign-on-glass ePOD with photo capture, and verified walkaround checks with time-stamped evidence. NavigateMagic, the optional in-cab add-on, provides truck-safe navigation that routes HGVs around low bridges and restrictions. The office tracks every vehicle live with ETAs on the Arrivals Board, while the Client Portal gives customers self-serve access to job status and documents.

Pricing runs on flexible rate cards by postcode, distance, zone or vehicle class, with surcharges and extras captured against jobs, and completed runs generate invoices automatically. The Garage module manages maintenance jobs and vehicle-off-road status, blocking unavailable vehicles from planning.

HaulierMagic integrates with Xero, Sage 50 and Sage 200 for accounts, telematics including Webfleet and Microlise, pallet networks including Palletforce, and WhatsApp for driver messaging, with API access for custom integrations.
