What is TruckerZoom?

Dispatch Software, TMS for large, multi-location drayage truck fleets.

It includes: Open AI Order, Automated Dispatch with creation of pre pull routes and dynamic pre pull payable, driver hiring and compliance, full bookkeeping suite with multiple bank accounts reconciliation. Predictive truck availability, mobile app, chat includes text, file, and video exchange. Drayage Quote system is multi-sided allowing NOVCCs to query quotes directly from the trucker's website. Quotes sync automatically on the Order. Mobile app includes maintenance module and IFTA reporting allowing the driver to enter fuel receipts, and view/edit mileages. Drayage Customer Quotes can be set up per location, meaning each location can have its own quote configuration as quotes might vary per city. Driver pay can be setup as percent of the corresponding revenue category or per mile. Role Control Based Access: each company employee is assigned to a role and have access to the tasks they are supposed to do, not to the entire system. Reports include also employee task statistics, online status, and customers have access to their orders, invoices, J1s, payments, and can retrieve quotes online.
