What is Zenfulfillment?
Zenfulfillment is a fulfillment service provider for the e-commerce sector. A reliable and fully automatic control of dispatch is designed to achieve punctual delivery, an increase in sales, and greater customer satisfaction.
Users can connect their shop system to this ERP system where a real-time synchronization of inventories, orders, products, returns, and other relevant data can take place. After successful synchronization, goods deliveries can be created in the dashboard. A nearby logistics center is then displayed. Once the products have been sent to this fulfillment center and the goods have been stored, Zenfulfillment then takes care of the shipping. Adjustments and order cancellations can be made directly in the ERP or shop system right up to the moment goods are packaged.
Zenfulfillment offers integration with various marketplaces and shop systems, including Amazon, Billbee, Lightspeed, Magento, Shopify, Shopware, and WooCommerce. For all other systems, users can use a CSV upload or the Zenfulfillment RESTful JSON API. The ERP system works with all leading parcel service providers to enable on-time delivery worldwide. Relevant information regarding the processing status of returns, inventory movements, and customer comments can be viewed in the dashboard.
